Hotel Vishnu Palace is one of the most decent and favorable place to stay in Mussoorie, it's proximity to Mall road and access all time throughout the day using vehicles is one of the assets on mall road. Rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was decent with good service. Only suggestion or negative rating is with regards to the wifi. The cloud service is 99 times not working or getting connected. Request the ***agement to look in the same.

Hotel is very very good .we enjoyed a lot in hotel premises . Hotel view was also very awsm . And the best is that if you are going with children then it’s a nice option to take a room in this hotel .

Just amazing property and hospitality. Staff are very supportive. value for money. view from the balcony are amazing. Food is also good. Location is good. Local market is also near the walking distance.

Very spacious room with beautiful view, I've stayed at Vishnu palace several times before as well and the service is exceptional each and every time.The food is excellent. I would rate the restaurant and the food 10 out of 10. Great ambience and play area for kids also available.

An excellent family stay at Mussoorie, it's just 5 mins walk from main Mall Road but completely serene - staff experience was simply great and always a phone call away , had a good dinner too - overall a grand experience .. keep it up .. wish I could stay one more night

Very good hotel.Location is perfect on mall road.Rooms are good. Washroom cleanliness and amenities could be better. Food was very good and not spicy so kids could also eat easily.We stayed in Himalayan view room so had an amazing view of mountains.Fair Tariff and pricing.Hotel staff were helpful and catered to our needs as requested.Overall good stay, would recommend this hotel for families and couples.

It was a nice experience but a bit costly. Hotel was good and comfortable and the staff is also very good. Restaurant is also very good with budget friendly average taste food. Overall experience was better than average but could be cheaper. Not worth the cost.

The staff is very professional and polite. The evening ambience at the 4th floor is amazing. Food is tasty while Chai is epic. We ordered kadhai paneer, daal tadka, tawa roti and jeera rice and thoroughly enjoyed it. Location is also right next to the beginning of the mall road. It's just a 2 min walk to the beginning of mall road where sunset and sunrise is best viewed. Lot of restaurants and a chai place too nearby too but we wanted to try the hotel food due to the ambience.
