Hotels with Airport pickup service in Murmansk

A superb modern hotel in the very centre of Murmansk. The cleaning quality is excellent (read critical reviews but, fortunately, they have not been confirmed). Beautiful bed linen, snow towels. With water pressure in the shower, too, everything is fine. Even tooth cleaning kits are available. Two bottles of mineral water were brought every day. But the most important thing is a totally stunning breakfast. I can say it is one of the best Swedish tables in my whole history of travel. Scumbria, salted crack, teffles, chic fish. A separate song is Russian cakes (with cabbage, potatoes, apples). Cream baking, sweets. Even soup is! The quality of food is just fingers licking. Great thanks to the whole hotel and restaurant team (especially to the one who is responsible for baking). I decided I would stay in Russia only in hotels of this network. For such breakfast it is worth going on a trip! And in Murmansk I will also return and stop only here.

Good day! Small, comfortable hotel. Convenient location. The city's most central area is five corners 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Also in the pedestrian access is Lenin Central Street. Public transport stop is 5 minutes from the hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms with comfortable bed, warm floor, quality repair. Rooms are cleaned constantly. Breakfast is a decent choice. Breads with different toasts, eggs, hot cake, cheese, sausage, salt, wheat, butter. Tea, coffee, milk, lemon all day. There is an opportunity to order lunch at the hotel. I bring all the packed, of 2 ch dishes, the cost of 600 rubles. It is convenient if you only arrived, for example. Staff pleasant, attentive, help to orient in the city, answer questions and requests. I had my birthday during the time of staying at the hotel. They made a presentation that is very pleasant! One small wish, install a refrigerator in common places. In Murmansk a lot of fish and local delicious food. And you have to constantly ask the staff to take the products to their refrigerator. Hotel advises to accommodate!

The rooms are on the first floor, exactly the same as the photos, a small square hall and a small balcony, the heating is particularly hot, the hot water is sufficient and hot, the breakfast buffet, there is a microwave heating, and the garbage is thrown away. The plate is put in the kitchen sink! We arrived at two o'clock in the morning, Miss Sister has been at the front desk, Miss Sister is particularly patient and enthusiastic, helping us solve the problem! The hotel door is very small, the location is on the small slope, and the driver will see the address when taking a taxi! If you walk, there are short steps to the street! There is a store and shopping mall next to it! The only downside of the hotel is that it is a little distance from the city center and about 6 kilometers to the center! But there are buses nearby and taxis are not expensive! The advantage is that our night aurora travel itinerary, return is the first to arrive!

That hotel was the worst travel experiance ever! When i came they charged me in Cash for one nigth, even i had a prepaid booking for 2 night. Next they the key card of corse not anymore worked. But the next day i catched a crazy food poison and i wanted to get some medicin and health assistance but they refused to help as they didnt wanted to take the responsibility. At least some coal tabletts i became. Unfortunatly myself could go to any Pharmacy as i cant stay longer than 2min away from any toilet. My Russian friend tried to make them to understand that i serious need medical help. But they refused to call a doctor or ambulance it hast to be by myself. So i called the reception myself and ask for an ambulance. And she seriouslsy forwared me to restaurant. As she didnt understood anything. I called again and explaind i need an ambulace. She sayes ok please wait. 2h, 3h nothing came. My friend asked for late check out they agreed till 4pm. Which i really was glad. As i noticed at 4pm i cant move at all i called after the room mate came the front desk and ask to prolong till tomorrow and they sayed ok its possible. At 6:15pm too ladies came and sayed i need to move out as they need that room. I sayed wait i prolonged which they didnt knew. No idea whats wrong in this hotel but thats no service at all. And you can not ask for the room of the customer in worst condition. There you need to find a harder solution. Is i tried to catch my flight at 19:50 i took a taxi imidiatly as moving arround dont help at all. I booked already a flight for next day as well. which was a waist of money. And now they serious as over my touroperator for a late check out fee. Thats out of this world! Rooms actually would be quiet good but serious below anything i have ever seen!

The facilities are old, but the breakfast is not bad. It is the second best hotel in Murmansk. Relatively safe. Front desk service is very good. Most of them are Chinese.

The hotel itself is not bad, but the staff has been very busy. The booking of the room for us was made by the company. The contract was made to specify the conditions of stay, including information about the inclusion in the cost of breakfast. When settled 1.01 we were met by Denmark. A very friendly girl, told all the necessary information. Diverged the presence of breakfasts. However, in the morning 3.01 it turned out that there was a mistake, and the booking was made without breakfast. Everything would be nothing, but the way we learned about it is beyond any narrow notion of customer service. Lydia in an extremely hammock manner said that all of our group had booking without breakfast. Asked why the settlement told us all the opposite, she reported that it was not her problems and she did not settle us. Lydia spoke as if we had personally stolen her, and the answer to the call to understand the situation was only hammock. Therefore, I would like to wish the hotel management to teach its staff the basic standards of customer service, because Lydia has significantly damaged the whole impression.

Hotel with a large parking lot. Environment in green, there are no houses nearby. Minute 5-7 walk to the Magnit store, 2 km to the restaurant Tsarskaya hunt. Near the stop, but public transport has not seen at all. There is an elevator, balconies, breakfast cafe. There are also wooden cabins on the territory. On the floor there are water coolers. Entry to the floor on a plastic card, in the room on the usual key. There are twins (separated beds) and dabl (double bed). The shower is not separated by a vacuum, water is spilled by the sink. A small sink on which nothing is put. Over the sink a closet with a mirror. There is a toilet paper and liquid soap. Three towels per person (one on the floor). There is a refrigerator in the room, a closet for clothes, a table, two chairs and shelves at beds. In different rooms there are different numbers of rosetates (in one only two, one under the refrigerator, in the other six). Breakfast is scarce, meat is only a cut of smoked sausage, coffee soluble. Wi-Fi is, periodically requires reconnection. On the second floor there is a house room with microwave and washing machines. Washing clothes can be free, but here dry nowhere. So if you plan to wash, take a rope with you to pull on the balcony. Resettlement is quick, cash payment and card. The corridor and balcony are well heard. If the neighbors are noisy - it will be difficult to sleep. As a point on the route - good conditions. If you want to rest and see Murmansk yourself - choose another hotel.
