The hygiene and facilities are worse than a guesthouse. Even though it's by the bay, it would be very inconvenient if you don't have a car. The guests are quite a mixed bag, and it's not cheap either. I don't recommend staying here.

An older but pleasant hotel. The view from the window is beyond compare! There's private parking, which was very convenient for us. The owner is very helpful, always willing to help and give advice. Kotor is a 25-minute walk away, or 6 minutes by car. There's a small local shop right next door, and a larger supermarket is only in Kotor.

I had to search a bit for the hotel. Google Maps showed the building next door. There's a name at the entrance, but it's unclear which building is next and where the reception is. There's parking. The hotel has incredibly good soundproofing; I could hear everyone's conversations on the floor, sometimes even behind closed doors. Incidentally, there was a decent-sized gap under the door. The room looks a bit tired, but it works. It was advertised as a balcony, but there was an exit, but it's a shared balcony shared by everyone. Incidentally, this is the only window/door to the room. If that doesn't bother you, the view from the room is stunning. Upon check-in, they said no paperwork was required. So, they won't automatically give you a white card.

We were there in September 2024. We stayed for 2 weeks. 1. Location. Suburb of Kotor. Leisurely 25-30 minutes walk to the center. Pleasure. Everything is along the bay. Beauty. There is a store nearby - 3 minutes. Restaurant - 10 minutes walk. The area is quiet. If you need dancing and music, then this is not it. If you need peace and quiet - choose this place. 2. Take a room on the top floor with a view of the bay (a must!!!). Sea and mountains. The view is amazing! Each time a new picture. Doesn't get boring, but surprises again and again. 3. Hosts. Rarely do you meet such hospitality and goodwill. Any request, wish is fulfilled immediately, with a smile. Everything is resolved. Just great! Stanka and Dzhuri - thank you very much! And of course, thank you too to everyone who helps you! By the way, it was necessary to shift the dates of the trip - we agreed on it instantly. Early check-in - also solved without problems. 4. Facilities. There is everything for a long vacation and a couple of days. Kitchen (I would like a microwave, but you can do without it), dishes. Normal bathroom in the room. Good bed with an excellent mattress. We lived for 2 weeks without any household problems. 5. The owners will always help with transfers, advise on excursions, find a guide (we had Marco - a wonderful, cultured, intelligent person. Special thanks to him!). In conclusion. Choose these apartments. You will definitely not regret it.

Хорошие апартаменты. Мы останавливались всего на ночь. Есть небольшой бассейн. Вид на залив классный. До Котора пешком 40 минут. Мы оплачивали через Trip.com и по началу были вопросы по оплате при заселении, которые в моменте не удалось решить. Но нас все ровно заселили. И в итоге все решилось хорошо.
