The room is clean. Malapit lang sya sa mall and other restaurants. 7/11 downstairs which is very good.

Hotel is decent bare basic hotel, no frills meaning you bring your own toiletries. Wifi dies a lot and is very unreliable.

I decided to have a mini staycation for myself as I want to enjoy my long weekend. T’was a great long weekend. Thanks to Hop Inn Alabang because they made my wonderful rest possible. I have no bad words for their service. Very accommodating and fast responder front desk attendants. Accommodated my questions. Cleaned my room. I went there to self reflect and I’d say it was fulfilled because of the comfy vibes of their room. And surely will be staying in once again in the future. Thank you so much! Till my next stay 🤍🤍🤍

Stayed here for my NCLEX since it’s only a 10-minute drive or a 20-minute walk to One Trium Tower. It’s pretty good for the price and the room is nice. But they only provide shower gel and towels as amenities, so just bring your own toiletries and slippers. Checking in took a while as well, I had to wait around 30 minutes to be checked in. But overall, our stay was good.

I was so impressed when I booked this hotel for my nclex exam. I’m very satisfied when it comes to cleanliness, and courtesy of the staff. 5-10 min away from one Trium via grab.

HOverall, our stay at Hop Inn Hotel Alabang was very good. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel is in a convenient location, and we had a pleasant stay. However, our experience at the reception during check-in was disappointing. My girlfriend presented a valid government-issued ID, but the male receptionists asked several unnecessary personal questions, including about her Facebook account, which did not seem relevant to the check-in process. She also felt uncomfortable with the way they spoke to her and their body language, which came across as disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope management reminds the front desk staff to be more respectful, professional, and mindful of guests' privacy. Aside from this experience, everything else during our stay was excellent.

Hop Inn, Alabang is perfect for online San Beda Law students, those who need to travel to the school for exam weeks (midterm and finals). There's a 7/11 right beside it, making it extremely convenient for travelers who are on the go to grab needs from food, drinks, to hygiene. My only wish is that they place a few chairs at the schoolin smoking area.

The stay was pleasant overall. The place was decent and comfortable, though quite basic. However, it would have been better if essentials like complimentary toothbrush and soap were provided. A few small improvements could make the experience much better.

Upon checking the booking details, the toiletries are included, but before entering the room, the receptionist advised that the toiletries are not provided.
