"The hotel is located in the very center of the city, in the old town. Nevertheless, friendly parking is available right next to the hotel. The room I was in is one of the smallest I have ever seen, but it is nicely decorated and furnished. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is decent. The staff is friendly and helpful."

"Terme Krka is supposed to be a trustworthy brand. Sporthotel Otočec proves the opposite. The hotel is simply repulsive. The rooms have dust-covered floor coverings. The room furnishings are from the socialist era. Or rather, there is practically no furniture. There are only empty wardrobes and two hangers. Is there a fridge with drinks in the rooms? No. Or rather, there is, but it is of course switched off and empty. An iron? No. Bathrobes and slippers for visiting the wellness center? No. The cleanliness is appalling. There is dust on the floor, and cobwebs are hanging from the ventilation nozzles above the radiators. The worst thing is that there were animals in the room, on the floor, curtains, and under the bed. Beetles, bugs, whatever they were, made a fantastic contribution to the repulsiveness of this hotel. On top of that, the water in the toilet did not drain properly. Why did I give it two stars? The breakfast was okay and the bed was relatively comfortable. But I didn't sleep at all because I was afraid of these animals the whole time. Apparently, the pool is okay too. I couldn't try it because there were no robes or towels available. Apparently, you can buy them. In a hotel where accommodation costs EUR 170 and boasts four stars, I will not allow myself this humiliation. Avoid it if you can."

"It's ideal for families. The hotel is comfortable and very clean. The pools are very spacious and have lots of water features; warmer water would have been perfect. The food is typical of a hotel, but plentiful. During the day, you can enjoy the poolside buffet, which is very convenient."
