The Westin Grand Munich

It's an old hotel, so you can't see 5 stars. You have to know that foreign 5 stars can't compare with domestic ones. The facilities are relatively old, the location is good, and the breakfast is okay. It's okay to stay occasionally

The location is perfect! The service for cleaning the room is below 5 star Marriott-chained hotel standard. The housekeeper forgot to replace towels and just organized the bed a bit, replaced water and left the window opened. After checkout, the receptionist provided bottles of water which is a very nice move.

Excellent service from concierge and reception despite Corona measures! Got an upgrade to a larger room. Unfortunately the hotel bar is still closed, but overall I was very happy with my stay.

Shoutout to Sandra and team for making this stay the most memorable stay in our two weeks trip to Europe! Sandra is the most amicable and friendly staff I met. We had 1-2 questions but she went all out to help us with it. She even gave us a little surprise as well. The hotel is just a stone throw away from The Central station. On the way back, you can buy food from Pommes Freunde which is not bad. Overall a lovely stay, will definitely recommend to family and friends looking for a stay in Munich.
Mandarin Oriental, Munich
4.6/552 Reviews
Manadarin Oriental is not the only house with (very) beautiful rooms, remarkable details, great culinary experiences and attractive service. The Mandarin Oriental in Munich makes it so extraordinary, the people who work there. This is already beginning with the reservation. The kindness, attention, handling and competence or professionalism in the respective task are remarkable . Perfect! The staff seems to feel very well at the workplace and with each other. This atmosphere also affects the guest. Personally we like the size of the house very much.
Hotel Munchen Palace

The atmosphere is great, the staff very friendly, you feel welcome immediately! The rooms are beautiful and both the breakfast buffet and the evening card are extremely delicious. I will surely come back!
