The front desk staff is very kind and helpful, and the service is excellent. The room is clean but a bit dark. The hotel should improve the lighting system.

Great hotel.

It only takes about ten to fifteen minutes to get to the hotel from the train station, but other than this, I really can't find any good points about this hotel. The front desk clerk will always look at you and ignore you, waiting for you to ask first. Only then did he react, and when he wanted to retrieve his stored luggage, he asked you to get it yourself and then removed the card and handed it to him. There is no drinking water or electric kettle in the room. You can only get it from the coffee machine in the lobby and are not allowed to take it back to the room. When I went back in the evening, I saw that there was a supply of tea bags because of the cold weather, so I made a cup of hot tea. No one paid attention to you while I was making it. When you finish drinking and leave, someone tells you that you will be charged 3.5 euros. The elevator is so small that it will be even more troublesome if you carry luggage, especially during the morning check-out period when multiple people are waiting to get in. For breakfast, each person uses a small plate to change to a plate to get something to eat. If you want to eat more, you have to use this one.
