We went for Christmas markets in Germany. The hotel is a bit far from the city and the nearest station is about 15 mins walk.

The hotel was basic yet very good. Clean, polite staff and room with all that you need. The location is 15-20 mins from anywhere you want to go in the city, with bus and Ubahn stops very near. Area is very safe as well, recommended. Very good value for money.

I had a terrible experience having showers. The water temperature keep changing from hot to cold and two days in the morning. The hot water was not available and when I asked the receptionist she didn’t know and she was busy. She didn’t give me any indication on when the hot water would be ready, all she said she will send the hotel manager by the time the hotel manager came and the situation resolved. I missed my first appointment for the day. on my last day I went to have breakfast on the way back, The lift was not working so I have to go to the fourth floor by stairs and I have to carry all my luggage from the 4th level down to check out. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall good service provided by front desk, generally clean and decent breakfast spread. Booked the single room but haven’t slept on a single bed in a while, so needed time to get used to- that’s on me. My main complaint is the illogical and not adult-friendly layout of the toilet. FYI- I’m a 1.7m average built Asian man. See the super narrow gap to squeeze through to get to the toilet bowl? One definitely needs to have physical contact with the sink or the shower wall to reach the toilet bowl, making it unhygienic and a terrible experience. Also, right leg has no space beside the toilet bowl and need to be “rubbing” against the shower wall, making the experience a terrible one in an otherwise pleasant stay.

Everything was great. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and warm. We stayed there for the Iranian Revolution event on February 14, and many Iranians were there. In the evenings we gathered in the lobby to talk, and the staff were always patient and kind with us. I would definitely recommend this hotel.❤️

Recommend this hotel for Munich stay, , good location, clean, supermarket are just next door and also restaurant are around. Friendly service, quiet area. Affordable price.

Very simply but enough good. Budget travel could consider to stay here.

In a very good place, near to the city centrum (Marienplatz). We just stayed for two nights at a very basic room with no breakfast or meal to visit around München and all was well. Clean room, friendly staff etc.

Value for money, especially you haven’t enough budget when you got Munich in the period , the price of every hotel is raising to 300eu per night

The room is super clean. In the night we could hear something outside. I’m not sure if it’s something from the ventilation system or hood but it was a little bit annoying.

It's few stations away from Munich central, close to Lidl, shops, restaurants, markets, etc. Quiet area, convenient with bus stop nearby, not far from Ostbahnhof too.

Hotel is good for the price offered, the room is clean, a little mark deducted because of no AC

It is next to a bus stop where you can go to a metro station by bus.

For the price you pay it’s absolute ok.
