So let’s start with positives : great location near the main station , fairly easy to walk to the main sites. , had a fridge. Room itself is very dated with a collection of mismatched hangers which could have been picked up at a charity shop. There is no aircon, so if you are staying in summer months you will be baking. Noise from the nearby construction site started at 7 am. Noise from a group of teens staying next door in the eve . I just feel for the money I paid it was very poor but to be fair to the hotel even hostels nearby were charging similar money . I think I would rather spend that much money in a different country . Service was very cold most of the time ( apart from one lady who was really nice and helped with a kettle / cups for the room) .

We have chosen the hotel for two reasons: 1) it is located 5 minutes by foot from the Hauptbahnhof; 2) the price was a little bit lower than neighbors offered. Checkin was fast and we immediately felt warmth and friendliness of the receptionist - not just professional but rather human, sincere. Our window looked at the bell tower with clock which strikes every 15 minute, however at night the clock does not ring fortunately. The hotel has everything you need for a modest stay in the city for a few days. As to food, we don't know where they get these croissants for breakfast, but they are definitely no worse than in Paris.

The hotel is close to the train station and other public transportation. The room was suitable for three people (queen and single). The hotel was clean and safe. The breakfast options are excellent. I would stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel with extremely friendly staff. The rooms are quiet although the hotel is on a busy street. No aircon, though, which in my case does not matter. The WC has a bathtub, which some may love and some not. The hotel is close to the city centre with good public transport close by, as well as many eating places.

Well located hotel but unfortunately very noisy. Incredibly expensive because of IFAT fair being held the same week. Close to Central Station, people there are sympathetic but any guest movement in corridors during the night awoke me. I will not go there any longer.

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago very clean & comfortable ideal for people on a budget ideal location 5 minutes from the station very friendly and helpful staff not noisy & a nice pub across the road

The place is about 1 km, as the crow flies, from the main square, the place of Munich's nightlife (Marienplatz), which can be reached on foot or by metro (never used as we had a rental car). ... It's not the best in terms of cleanliness (we found an old croassant behind the (empty) mini bar in our room... On the other hand we sleep very well, it's very quiet, even though it is located on a large road very busy... A good compromise if you consider that four of us paid around 650 euros for thirty nights, breakfast (quite good) included..

👍La ubicación estaba buena ya que está cerca de la estación central, pero se encuentra a 20mins del centro caminando. La habitación estaba bien, cómoda dentro de todo. Todo limpio. El desayuno estaba muy bueno, bastante completo por 12€. 👎No habían repuesto jabón de manos antes de darnos la habitación, por lo tanto no teníamos. A la habitación le faltaba aire acondicionado, tenía solo un ventilador chico pero, aun así, hace calor. No hay recepción 24hs, para tener en cuenta que si llegas después de las 21hs no hay nadie.

Pasamos dos noches en Múnich y contratamos este hotel a través de Booking. Fue decepcionante, más catalogable como pensión que como hotel. Las instalaciones muy justas, el parking con unas plazas muy pequeñas, muy difícil maniobrar, añadiendo que hay que acceder a través de un ascensor estrecho. El problema fue que nos cobraron por esas dos noches, dos habitaciones, 700€, precio muy por encima de su valor.
