Leider sind unsere Erwartungen an dieses 4 Sterne Haus schwer enttäuscht worden. Wir sind bei Regenwetter angereist und haben einen Parkplatz vorgefunden, der wohl eher einem Festivalgelände gleicht, weder Schuhe noch der Rollenkoffer haben halbwegs sauber die Rezeption erreicht. Hier wird man recht sachlich begrüßt und gleich um Zahlung der gebuchten Leistungen gebeten. Die Größe des Zimmers ist angemessen, was man von dem Badezimmer nicht behaupten kann. Wobei nicht einmal die Größe sondern eher die Einrichtung das Problem darstellt, es gibt weder Haken noch Ablagemöglichkeiten für seine Kulturtasche, die Handtücher hängen fast im WC, die Badewanne als Dusche ist auch nicht optimal. Im Zimmer war weder die versprochen Flasche Mineralwasser, eine Minibar oder ein Tisch zu finden. Die Sitzmöbel sind genau so unbequem wie das Bett. Die Krönung das Abends war dann aber unser Restaurant Besuch, da wir keinen Tisch reserviert hatten wurden wir durch das nett eingedeckte Restaurant geführt und im sehr nüchternen Frühstücksraum platziert. Die Speisekarte versprach zumindest von der Preisgestaltung etwas besonders erwarten zu dürfen. Nach längerer Wartezeit kam mein Burger in einem total verbranntem Brötchen und der Sellerie Kartoffelstampf auf dem Teller meiner Frau glänzte durch Abwesenheit. Nach mehreren Versuchen diese Angelegenheit zu klären, wurden wir einfach ignoriert. Wir sind somit ohne Abendessen von dannen gezogen. Der Wellnessbereich sieht ansprechend und sauber aus, leider funktioniert weder die Dampf- noch die Aroma Sauna richtig, die sehr schöne finnische Sauna ist so dunkel das man die Temperatur nicht ablesen kann, ich würde mal schätzen irgendwas zwischen 70-80 Grad. Der Ruhebereich verdient diesen Namen nicht, es ist eher das Durchgangszimmer zum Sauna bzw. Spa-Bereich, inkl. Wasser und Teeautomaten, an Ruhe ist hier nicht zu denken. Die Wassertemperatur des Pools ist wohl auch der Green Sign Level 4 Einstufung zum Opfer gefallen. Beim Check out wurde uns dann noch der Energiekostenzuschlag präsentiert, hier stellt sich mir die Frage, für keine Minibar einen kalten Pool und eine nicht ausreichend aufgeheizte Saune? Leider hat sich kein Verantwortlicher gefunden wo wir unser konstruktive Kritik vortragen konnten. Schade, das Haus, die Lage sowie der große Teil der Mitarbeiter haben echtes Potential.

It was professional in Princess Forest and this house was recommended to me. Absolutely right, nice reception, enough parking at the house, a great location right at the spray, very quiet. The rooms are cozy and clean and have everything you need. Besides, the house has a very good restaurant, I didn't miss anything. Thank you
