Been staying at St Regis Mumbai every time we visit Mumbai for work. Location is incredible or in fact the best amongst all the hotels in Mumbai. Great service as usual. We used the business centre services as well as the coffee lounge for meetings… everything was smooth. However may I suggest to tone down the fragrance at the reception? It gets a bit too overbearing after a while :)

The food in the hotel restaurant is totally disappointing, my girlfriend who is from finland makes Indian food much better than in the hotel, please don’t waste your time and money in that restaurant. The rooms are good and clean is something that cannot be taken away from the hotel.

We checked in on 8th March,24 and checked out on 11th March,24 We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The morning buffet breakfast was really delicious and sumptuous. The staff was very helpful in arranging for the taxi for the entire day’s tour of Mumbai which was very fruitful. The room was spacious and the housekeeping was up to mark . Last but not the least , the Hotel is situated in a very strategic location from where the famous Dadar market is easily accessible as also the Railway station , Siddhivinayak temple and other important sight seeing places in South Mumbai are located nearby. This would literally save both time and money incase anybody is planning for a holidaying trip to Mumbai

I had recently organised a get-together function at the Heritage... Every thing was just on the spot ... Right from the set up to the food ... AMAZING 😍 , A Special mention of Raza who was our one point of contact who made every thing soo smooth... Thank you chef's for making the food as per our preference and sooo good it , the food served was fresh , hot and the buffet was filled at all the hours .. The service team who was there for everything ..... All my guest were super happy with the ambience, the service and the food .... Usually we always worry about the AC temperatures but that was also bang on ... So if a 100/ 10 to the entire team for making our day soo special
