Stayed at ITC Maratha for a couple of days with my family for a leisure vacation at Mumbai. Had requested for adjacent rooms for my kids that was taken care of. On checkin I was upgraded to the pool view rooms. The service and the food were exceptionally good. The food was deliciously tasty and special thanks to the whole culinary team at the Peshwa Pavilion. Chef Sridhar Patra and Chef Pravin Patil were great hosts at the breakfast table, we enjoyed some cooking tips exchange, and they also took special care of my young son who loves food. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful. The dinner buffet spread was also very lavish, and the decor of Peshwa Pavilion is just too nice. Overall very nice stay and my family thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Just wanting to visit Mumbai again and stay there

We were welcomed by friendly staff and enthusiastic to help us in any way. The Buffett breakfast is a must and I would recommend to go early and get a space in the open air section. Getting an Auto Rickshaw outside the hotel could be frustrating as the drivers charge a flat 20 rupees per passenger when it should be with the meter at Rupees 23 starting rate with Max 3 to sit in the Auto Rickshaw. Otherwise get an UBER premium which could cost you Rupees 200 for a ride of about 20 mins. I had a great stay at the hotel. Will return again.

The hospitality and service of the staff was excellent. The room was not clean and felt very dusty most of the times even after it was vacuumed. The mattress was a spring mattress which was of a poor quality and unfortunately they couldn't replace with a better one which resulted in uncomfortable sleep at nights. Apart from this the overall stay was amazing like the jacuzzi, steam/sauna rooms, swimming pool, etc...

The room is quite old, it is said to be the former Intercontinental Hotel. There are wild dogs howling and fighting outside in the middle of the night! The hotel has a large patio with a pool inside, so there are a lot of mosquitoes! The service attitude is very good! Some of the highlights : Rooms : The rooms are spacious having a good vibe, elegantly designed, and well-appointed with all modern amenities. Some of the few facilities that we loved : Amazing swining pool , lovely fountain, well equiped gym . Superb lounge. Service: Leela is known for great service the hotel staff treated us very well. Service by Pratmesh was commendable. Chef Rupesh , Chef Vivek were allways made us feel special. Chef Deepak guided us well about good healthy food with Less oil, no maida , low cholesterol food. Although it is pricier than ***y other 5stars, the experience may make you overlook it.

My wife and I chose JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was nice of the hotel staff to treat us with a complimentary cake in the room on our arrival. Every hotel staff that we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was superb. We also enjoyed the food and service at Saffron, Lotus Cafe (especially the live music), and Dashanzi. The experience at Quan spa and Looks salon was pleasant. We liked the collection available at the Granth book store and the staff was very helpful with recommendations. We wanted to try out Bombay Baking Company, but did not get a chance this time. Overall, JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu is an engaging and classy hotel. We will be back here again for sure.

I visited Mumbai for Business purpose. This time I decided to make use of Gym facility. The first day I went, I met a person named Justin, gym trainer. I was amazed with his attitude and the way he treat guests. He helped me so much to do different variations of workout and gave free advice on the diet as well. Thanks to Mr.Justin for giving personal training and making me to understand each and every workout with the available machinery itself. I suggest every guest to make use of the Gym and get trained by Mr.Justin. This helps you to maintain healthy body physically and mentally. Thank you Justin sir ji. I hope next 3 weeks during my stay, I ll gain some good muscles 😉😉. Thanks to Holiday Inn,Mumbai for having a professional Gym Trainer.

Been staying at St Regis Mumbai every time we visit Mumbai for work. Location is incredible or in fact the best amongst all the hotels in Mumbai. Great service as usual. We used the business centre services as well as the coffee lounge for meetings… everything was smooth. However may I suggest to tone down the fragrance at the reception? It gets a bit too overbearing after a while :)

It’s a decent place, is there any Wow factor, no. However, if you want to be around the domestic airport I think it is a comfortable, clean and safe spot. I think for the international business people coming from the west they could be more progressive in their assistance but that means more training. To begin with the checkin process was really smooth but the room was too far from the lift we had to walk a long way each time we had to go out.The hotel reception didn’t even provide the services of taking the parcel and delivering to the room but its understandable due to the current environment. A hotel like Taj was out of stock of bath salt can this be believed? unfortunately this was the case. Finally it was the worst ever breakfast we had in a 5 star rated hotel, the pav was not fresh,tea was full watery the only good thing was pan cake and the watermelon juice. Had lots of expectations from Taj that led to disappointment.

I had book the basic room as the deluxe one was not available. During check in I was told that since the basic rooms are full I will be upgraded to the deluxe one for one night. The room is awesome.... Really spacious, well lit and very well designed. Double coat bed, 5 seater sofa set and a coffee table, a writing desk and chair... The room had enough space to play football. So huge it is... When I enquired whether I can continue the next day too in the same room by paying the additional amount. They said, ”yes” and ”no extra payment”. Awesome service. Loved it altogether. The washroom too is spacious, stylishly made and kept tidy... Hats off to the reception staffs. Always had a smile on their face and ready to serve the customers. My first time in OYO.... Highly recommend this place.... Will be back here soon.... Will be here whenever in mumbai 👍🏼

Me and my wife travels to India for the first time since she has to take an exam at Corporate Solitaire Park. Since I am not familiar in the place, I google any nearest hotel on the exam venue. This hotel is 5 min walking distance and since their rating in *********** is quite high, I booked online. Imran, the duty ***ager was so prompt in replying on my email inquiries as the date of our arrival is coming. As I requested, airport transfer was arranged as it was our first time in India. Bijay the driver was there on the airport even before we landed and he was helpful in showing us the way out of the airport. It was almost 9 pm when we arrived in the hotel and we met Yogesh, the front desk who was very helpful and who just gave us a quick info on our booking. I felt his anticipation that it was late night already and we need to take a rest after a long day of travel. Sunil who was the housekeeping attendant on that night was there as well to accompany us on our room and gave us the wifi password. Our room was actually an upgrade on what was initially booked in ***********. Big thanks to Imran for giving us that upgrade. Then we ordered our late dinner via room service and for our surprise, the food was really good. It really taste good as if you were in a 5 star hotel. Very affordable and with a lots of variety. The following morning, I noticed that my phone charger needs adaptor since their socket is different. I called the front desk if they have any adapter and confirmed it will be delivered to our room in a while. Then Sunil came over after few minutes and gave me the adaptor. Then we ordered an early breakfast (6:30 AM) since my wife needs to leave at around 715AM and the room service team find a way to prepare the soup that my wife wanted even if their kitchen opens at 7 AM. Around 645, the soup came and we really appreciate their flexibility. Imran is flexible as well in allowing us to check out late as my wife's exam will be finished supposedly by 1 pm. Since our flight back to Abu Dhabi is 950 PM, we requested for an airport transfer at a nearby hotel at the airport. Without hesitation, they have provided us and to our surprise, Sunil Swami (operation ***ager) accompany us together with Yadav (driver). Overall, that was a memorable experience and even it was a short stay only, they have provided us with a very excellent service that I can really recommend to those who will travel on that particular area. Kudos to the ***agement and staff of the hotel and keep up the good work.
