The location is relatively close to the airport, the surrounding environment is OK, but the hotel service needs to be improved. On the first day, the phone called the water was not sent, and I changed the room for 3 hours. My friends have come to the hotel. The next day, the telephone service needs a hair dryer. The hotel does not. Most lunches and dishes for lunch are after 1:30. There are discrepancies with the time of eating in China! In the suite, the air conditioning in the living room is too cold. The remote control is broken and cannot be adjusted. The air conditioning in the bedroom is too hot. There is no reaction, the bathtub in the bathroom has long been aging, it is recommended to dismantle it, only use the shower!

First of all, I liked the idea. This place is themed like an actual aero plane. The corridors looks nice with those windows. TI had but a few hours between my connection flights and I had nothing to do.I had heard of Qubestay from a friend and wanted to see what it offers. I liked the concept. At the price point I got this room for, No amount of negativities I can ***age to pull up will do justice.I had a good time all in all What I liked - I was pleasantly surprised to see a water purifier at this place. I also loved the receptionist who was on duty that day. She spoke very good English ( My Hindi is rather limited ) and was also quite friendly. She wore no name badges and hence cannot identify her name. What I disliked - I had checked in at 1900 LT. My Flight was for 0500 LT next day. My idea was to get some sleep. Sadly that is one thing that I did not ***age to. The bed was quite comfortable and AC was working. But what spoiled my sleep was chatter of others in the room that went upto 0030 LT. I do understand this may be out of hands of ***agement, but I am sure, Like no smoking policy, you can easily make a lights down-pipes out policy in place. This would ensure that someone like me can get some shut eye. Those who like to continue conversing can use TV Room or similar spaces. Another issue is that, there are only three hooks in the shower room for hanging clothes. With the size of the shower room, water will fall on them. I am sure a few more hooks can be provided and will not cost a fortune.

Everything about this slightly dated business hotel is great for short stay business trips. i would not recommend families stay here are the facilities is not suitable. for single users on a short stay, this hotel is sufficient.

The apartments are poorly maintained and the property is beginning to show its age. The staff try and make up for the poor property quality with excellent service, but the rooms could do with a major makeover
