My stay i would say was amazing, at arrival you will see Grand Lobby with excellent interior, The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door which signified that they care for there guests, i would like to mention Amol the floor in charge for the same and his team.. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable, the rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great, the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive, the hotel was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Dear Hyatt ***agement, I hope this email finds you well, though I must express that my recent experience at your Grand Hyatt property in Santacruz East, Mumbai, has left me deeply dissatisfied. Firstly, I would like to acknowledge the beautiful location and aesthetics of the property. However, I encountered a series of issues during my stay that have compelled me to bring them to your attention. 1. Check-in Experience: Upon arriving at the property on December 7th, 2023, at 15:30 Hrs., I had to wait for 30 minutes in the waiting area to secure a smoking room. 2. Security Concerns: The security team at the property mishandled my costly BOSE speaker without a pleasant discussion. Furthermore, I experienced repeated issues with my room key, and the lock of my room (4102) malfunctioned on multiple occasions. On December 9th, my room remained unlocked the entire day, raising serious concerns about the security and privacy of my belongings. 3. Accommodation Issues: The room faced continuous problems, and despite multiple requests to the engineers, the issues persisted, causing significant inconvenience. The lack of alternative arrangements or offers of rest during these incidents added to the frustration. 4. F&B Concerns: I found the prices for items, such as the Grilled Chicken at INR 3576, to be exorbitant. Additionally, the breakfast area experienced a shortage of tables, leading to long waiting times. The service staff, while busy, seemed uncooperative and lacked courtesy. The use of whiskey glasses for serving tea and the explanation provided for not having tea cups was unsatisfactory. 5. Housekeeping Issues: My room (4102) had several hygiene issues, including the presence of flies, mosquitoes, and insects. Dust was also noticeable in corners and on mirrors. 6. Front Office ***agement: The front office staff, excluding Priti and the Ball Room's ***ager Kaushal, failed to meet expectations. There was a significant communication gap between the sales team and the front office ***ager regarding our package. I have documented these issues with accompanying pictures, and I feel compelled to share my feedback on various platforms, including TripAdvisor. This experience has been disheartening, and it is unfortunate that a renowned brand like Hyatt is associated with such subpar service. I hope you take immediate steps to address these concerns and prevent similar experiences for future guests.

Our experience with the hotel was nothing short of a disaster. Even before arriving, the staff was unresponsive and failed to fulfill our requested arrangements. We had high hopes for our special day, especially after receiving a confirmation for an upgrade to a Royal Suite from our originally booked Regency Suite. However, upon arrival, the hotel had no record of the upgrade. Thankfully, ****mita ***aged to sort it out, but the promised room decor and flowers were nowhere to be found. Despite requesting them during turn down service, they were never delivered. To make matters worse, the powder room had leakages, and both washrooms lacked essential jet sprays commonly found in Indian toilets. It was an unexpected inconvenience while traveling in India. Even simple requests for towels, napkins, and water bottles required multiple follow-ups, taking an exasperating 30 minutes to be fulfilled. When we opted for in-room dining and requested a low-salt dish due to dietary restrictions, we were shockingly refused. Being on a strict diet, we had to sleep without any dinner. The following morning, breakfast was a repeat of the same disappointing story. However, after escalating the issue, ****mita and Chef Vikas finally helped us with a salt-free dosa and chutney. The spa appointments were yet another mess. Despite being promised a call back for confirmation on the first day, I never received one, resulting in the loss of a soon-to-expire voucher. The next day, the front office ***ager confirmed a spa appointment between 10-12, but later informed us that it was only available after 3, which clashed with our 2 o'clock checkout time. Finally, the most distressing incident occurred when my ring was stolen from the room. The hotel's response was lackadaisical and far from transparent in their investigations. It was only after approaching the GM that I received a mere update, rather than a comprehensive and transparent report. The ring held immense emotional value, surpassing the cost of memberships and the hotel itself. After sharing feedback, a staff member contacted me, offering WOH points as co****sation. However, they were misinformed, and despite follow-ups, no one got back to me, leaving me feeling utterly ignored. In summary, this hotel is a complete disaster. I urge future travelers to steer clear of this establishment. Their incompetence, lack of accountability, and poor coordination among staff members are utterly disappointing. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different option.

I loved the food, hospitality, positive attitude of the staff, concierge services, reception staff, the Chef. I will make a special mention of the Chef, MR. Amit. He has been always taking care of the guests whenever he is on watch. Keeping in mind the needs of all customers regarding food. I give him 10/10. Wonderful experience & surely book the hotel always for a pleasant experience.

Just coming from Hyatt Regency Kalina Mumbai after having one of the most disgusting buffets in a success party of a recently released film. Post food feeling is nauseating as if I ate a very stale food. I don’t understand this attitude of 5 star hotels to neglect their buffets so badly. They don’t care that 100/200 people are eating their food and carrying their experiences with them . 9/10 buffets of 5 star hotels are disasters and today’s buffet was one of the worst. Too bad.

Very good and nice service from Anuja. Unfortunately the constraction work in the basement gives a strange smell. Even smelling up to the lobby area. Further it would be nice to have small snacks in the bar.

Spacious room... Cleanliness and hospitality is what you must visit this hotel for. Highly attentive staff and makes you feel at home and luxurious stay at the same time. Just that mozzarella cheese in dosas must be replaced with processed cheese.

There are few things you expect in a Stay-cation. 1. Food 2. Ambience 3. Hospitality After moving between different hotels/properties over the weekends, the perfect place to relax was Hyatt Regency. Food was amazing. The quality was beyond expectation. Regardless Veg/Non-Veg, the food ordered was mouth watering. Under such strict guidelines and rules, staff was calm and composed. Ensured all Hygiene and precautions are taken, regardless of the occupancy count at the premise. I would like to thank all the departments and staff members that treated us with an amazing and safe experience.

This is one of the best experiences I have had a place in a long long long time. Accordin to me ***** with the place, the people should be really nice too. Like to have the full experience. Yashdeep was the sweetest! He was so so so so co-operative and understanding about my situation. Pratiksha and Gaurav helped me check out and even gifted me a strawberry ice cream for all the trouble I went through. Hetal was the one who checked me in. It was 4am and I was tired and angry at the situation I was in. She was very patient with me too. Thank you so much Hyatt and all of you for this wonderful experience!! ❤️
