A solid hotel in the "old" part of Mumbai. Location is great - close to the metro station with a direct connection to the airport. Nothing to complain about in terms of staff attitude, cleanliness or amenities. My room was good. The only downside about the room is the AC location: right in front of the bed, and it blows directly at you. Please also keep in mind that there's active construction works literally behind the wall. They finish by 9 PM, but a day time nap or just a chill in the room just won't happen.

Good location and service. However, the room space is a bit small but fine. Not far from Nehru auditorium

Stop looking for hotels, you found the right one! I am highly recommending it to you, you won't be disappointed.

I stayed here on 4 Jan 2025. From outside it looked just an ordinary hotel. But when I went in, wow what an amazing hotel. My room was in the new building which is like a 5-star as soon as you enter the lobby. The room was big. Where can you find big rooms in Mumbai!!! But here it was. The interior was class. The reception stass was very helpful. The service boys helped me to take the luggage to the room. They kept my guests luggage as well while we were travelling around in Mumbai. The breakfast space is bit small but the breakfast was very nice. Omlette and dosa was the best. You rarely get a dosa for breakfast in a hotel, but here it was there. The check-in and check-out was easy. There are nice retaturants around the hotel- veg and non veg. I am very particular when I give 5 star rating to a hotel, but this one is worth a 6 star rating. We had a fantastic stay at Residency Hotel Fort. The first thing I'll say is that the service is top notch - the team really do make guests feel welcome and taken care of. The breakfast was also good value for the price - we especially enjoyed the coffees out of the Italian coffee machine. The rooms were compact but clean, and the showers had strong water flow and warmed up quick. I would recommend Residency Hotel Fort as an excellent choice for the price paid.

We found the hotel itself quite disappointing as the rooms are very small, the place was damp(see photos) and we didn’t even have a hairdryer in the room! The location is ok, the area is a bit run down but it’s close to some of the more historic buildings. The reception and breakfast staff we dealt with were all very friendly and efficient however we are dropping points for service as we had to ask three times and waited an hour for a hairdryer and also didn’t get bottles of water in the room which we asked for. Overall I think the hotel is too expensive for what is provided.

Great service and location. Would recommend. Rooms are slightly dated but perfectly comfortable.

Being a solo traveller (I wrongly booked for 2) I was “upgraded” to a room in the top floor with a window that looked into all kind of machines, I didn’t feel comfortable there. Besides there are some metro construction works that make it a bit difficult to reach the place. It’s a 20 minutes distance from Gateway of India but for the price I paid I wasn’t expecting such a 2/3 stars hotel. Breakfast just normal, nothing great

Super friendly and funny staff. Breakfast was fresh and good too. The rooms are quite small (as expected) but not to clean. There was a cockroach in the shower.

Pros: 5-star service from a very friendly staff and a stellar breakfast! Fort location is great for tourists. Cons: Rooms in the hotel are not well-maintained, and not a great value for money.

The room is good but not good at soundproofing. Because during the stay there was a road being built. may be loud But the accommodation is not far from tourist attractions.
