Very bed room they are putting pictures on website new they going inside room not clean 😒

One of the worst stay of my life. Horrible experience. If someone offer free to stay, i will never stay like this hotels. Full night too much noice, no sleep. Location is very very bad between the slum in marol.

The room is very heigenic and room services is also faster. I ordered food from room and the same is really good in taste i would recommend other persons also for staying in this hotel

It was good stay, house keeping person was very helpful. Rooms was cleaned and maintained. They also allow outside food.

I booked art hotel as a last minute option because i needed to finish some work in andheri urgently. I didn't have high hopes from this place because the rating was so poor. However when i landed here, i was so grateful because right from the owner to the staff were super hospitable. This place was not only safe but super accessible from the airport, some kickass malls and cafes. The current owner told me how the previous one was rude with his customers and ended with bad reviews. The hotel is clean, hygienic and non-judgemental towards solo travelers, married and unmarried couples alike. Thank you for a super comfortable stay art hotel.

*** on the reception was called three times regarding the time of check-out earlier. But i have booked for 24 hrs & they said booking is only for 6 hrs. I was called to reception for checking the details & finally they agreed. They are very irresponsible & they do not check the details at the time of check-in so people cannot be disturb.

It was the worst experience of my life. The worst than someone can expect. The area was soooo shady the people were so weird and the room was pathetic.
