The hotel concierge staff was very helpful and friendly. My colleagues and I stayed for three nights in one of their suites, and the room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Over 50% of the breakfast spread consisted of Indian cuisine, but overall, it was still enjoyable. Ultimately, it was the excellent customer service that left a lasting impression on us.

Great breakfast. Had a bit of a discussion the day I arrived. Was put in a lower rated room due to not having any non-smoking rooms available. Feedback was "sorry full", no solution or offer. For the rest the hotel was good. Staff was very friendly except check-in lady who forced a lower room.

good proximity to lamington road(computer market) and the property is well maintained. Happy hour from 6-8pm at the rooftop bar is very good and view is spectacular. Multiple restaurant option available and staffs are really freindly and helpful, highly recommended.

The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast food has a wide variety of choices and is of good quality. The front desk and doorman staff are very friendly and provide first-class service. The hotel environment is beautiful and comfortable. I will stay here again.

Normal Similar to a Korean business hotel The price is high because it is a Diwali holiday. There are security checks like airports The building is unique, but there is no space to photograph it. View got a cheap room and there is an apartment across the street. Breakfast is Chinese, local, Western, and desserts and fruits.
