The rooms were clean and well maintained. The room service was prompt. Location of the hotel on Napensea Road is very convenient from a travel point of view. Breakfast menu options are limited however taste was quite allright.
Staff was cooperative. However, can be a little more proactive in their service.

If I was not being hosted by my cousin I would have checked out. The hotel caters for only very tall people. The hangars in the cupboard are unreachable, as also the bath towels in the bathroom, the rack is so high that I had to use an hangar to pull down the towel. The bathroom the worst ever. Only a tub to bathe, which was totally scratched and terrible to look at. the mixer for the shower was not working. The shower curtain was filthy all mildewed and awful to look at. The wash basin sink was choked right through my stay. My complaints were on deaf ears. It was not attended to by any plumber. Then a cockroach came out from under the tub! That was a terrible sight. The phone in the room was not working. I had to go to the Reception to call the staff to take my bag down. The Receptionist's reply to the phone not working was again not taken seriously.

Hotel is expensive for the quality of stay. Rooms are small, AC wasn’t working on the day of visit and they fixed it during the stay. Staff is okayish. No food or room service post 11. Since our concert went on till late it was difficult to get food or fresh towels. Food options are not great and they charge 150 for a can of coke. Buffet spread was okayish. I guess just the location cost was in the room cost.

Room is good location I’d very good but front desk staff behaviour not good rest all good so need to change behaviour of front desk
