Experienced high level of hospitality right from the front desk, food served was delicious, prompt service, spacious room,clean ambiance, staff members with supportive attitude. Overall, I had an excellent experience during 3 nights stay.

BAD hotel. Really terrible experience. Managment is very irresponsible ( manger Sandip Good Attitude ). Broken windows when asked to change room because the noise was loud from the street they made me pay 2k more to change the room. Bed was not made. Towels were not there. This place is the flight path so every few minutes it feels the plane is going to land on top the building. I can’t recommend this place to my enemies

Shuman , Akram and wahid were good And the hotel is also good with their services and everything and good staff They listen to you nicely and try fulfill everything you ask for Great hospitality and good hotel to stay if you are in Mumbai Thank you for all the service hotel Mumbai

Was awonderful stay at mumbai house, juhu . Specifying the staf over there having overwhelmed gesture and welcoming too...... i met Wahid & Suwamil both the staff was very hardworking and dedicated towards his work. It was nice stay there. The hotel is very nice and staffs are very politeness

Shumal was great. The experience was totally amazing. The rooms were neat and clean and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled in a serene location, the hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm welcome and attentive service set the tone for a delightful stay.

The hotel was amazing for the price segment. Stayed here fle a couple of nights in November on a business visit. Hospitality by the staff was good, especially Waheed at the front desk and Shumal. Room was spacious by Mumbai standards and for the price they charged.
