Location is right next to the beach. They are short of staff or they are not attentive. Key card was not working and everyday I ***** with others had to go and get it activated again. In room dining was expensive but tasty. Sofa was dirty, there were stains and rust in bathroom. I may or may not stay here again.

Location is not far from the airport, 20-25 minutes by car. Not in the downtown area, but quiet. The airport pick-up is a bit expensive, Rs. 945. If I take a taxi, I leave the hotel to the airport for 400, which is more than half cheaper. But the service was good, otherwise I did n’t download uber or ola, and it was not easy to find a car by taxi to the hotel, because I was out of the airport. The hotel rooms are nice, the area is not small, the facilities are quite complete, there are toiletries, disposable slippers. The wifi speed is okay, but it is limited to two devices for free. There are many kinds of breakfast, Chinese, Western and Indian. Recommended.

The conditions and facilities are of a four-star standard, it is also close to the airport and there is an Indian restaurant next to it which is delicious. We were flying very early and didn't catch breakfast, the hotel prepared breakfast to take away. Everything is fine, just to remind you not to use the hotel drop-off, it is too expensive, several times more expensive than Uber.

We booked this hotel on last minute deal coming to trade show in Bombay Exhibition Center. 35m2 family room advertised on booking.com was in fact half that size. It was very small but still adequate. Decent shower with hot water (don’t forget to turn on switch marked “GEYSER”!) Good Wi-Fi. Room was clean and towels changed daily. No windows in the room but you won’t like the view anyway. Air conditioning working very well. Neighborhood is a typical Mumbai mix of new buildings and slums. Hotel itself looks out to busy road but you don’t hear traffic noise inside. Rooms aren’t soundproofed however. There’s a nearby market and some stalls that sell water and fruits. For European food there are several McDonalds near Andheri station. The station itself is only 5 minutes on foot but you won’t use trains in Mumbai, trust me. Indian breakfast will be brought to your room if you notify reception staff from 8 a.m. Hotel staff were always helpful, ordering cheap taxi for us and helping with luggage. BEC is 10 minutes and 150 IND away by taxi (Saturday morning) or 30 minutes if you hit traffic (pretty much always in Mumbai). Good cheap alternative to expensive hotels if you are attending trade shows in Bombay Exhibition Center.

My recent experience at Hotel Olten Mumbai (Andheri) left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I found the hotel reception to be lacking in politeness, setting an unfavorable tone for my stay. The location, situated in a rough and overly busy area, was not conducive to a peaceful environment, making it both crowded and noisy. A particularly disheartening incident occurred when the hotel refused check-in for a guest accompanying me, who happened to have a local ID from Mumbai. This refusal added an unexpected layer of inconvenience, compelling us to search for alternative accommodations after a long journey from London. What further concerned me was the apparent discrepancy in the hotel's rating. It became evident that Hotel Olten does not comply with local laws, raising questions about the accuracy of its given rating. Moreover, the uncomfortable encounter of being offered an escort just outside the reception area was both inappropriate and unwelcome. Given my background and interest in the hospitality industry, I find it necessary to dispute the current rating of Hotel Olten. The service provided during my stay fell short of meeting even the minimum standards expected of a 4-star or 3-star establishment. In essence, the experience resembled more of a basic lodging and boarding setup rather than a reputable hotel. Moving forward, I am committed to advocating for a reassessment of Hotel Olten's ratings based on the evident shortcomings in their service. It is my hope that this feedback prompts positive changes that align the hotel more closely with the expectations of discerning travelers.
