The location was excellent, directly connected to a supermarket and within walking distance of a large mall. The breakfast was lavish, with a wide variety of desserts.

I stayed here for 5 nights. The living room and bedroom were separate, and it even had a kitchen, which was almost too spacious for one person. The shower pressure was a bit weak, but the water was plenty hot. Breakfast was delicious, though it was pretty much the same every day, so a little more variety would have been nice. Most importantly, the location was fantastic. There's a large shopping mall right next door with a Daiso and Marugame Seimen inside, and you can easily grab a meal at the food court. Plus, it was super convenient to walk to the night market, just across a small bridge, in under 10 minutes.

The front desk and reception staff were exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and professional. Every member of the team I encountered was friendly, courteous, and always greeted guests with a warm smile, making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. I was also impressed by the hotel's prompt service. As I was unfamiliar with the air-conditioning controls in my room, I contacted the front desk for assistance. Two maintenance staff members arrived within just a few minutes, helped me to reset the air-conditioning system, and patiently showed me how to adjust the temperature. The quick response and friendly assistance were greatly appreciated. The room and hotel facilities were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a full day of exploring Brunei. A perfect stay! The room was spotless and well-equipped, and the service was excellent. The location is convenient yet quiet, making it my top choice for travel. Definitely worth returning! The swimming pool was great and breakfast was plentiful. Fantastic service overall.

I was upgraded to a suite. It was large and spacious. A little dated in terms of the decor but everything worked well. Great location, within walking distance of the Mall and the night market so lots of food options. Sometimes in Brunei there is car noise at night because there are some loud cars that like to drive around in the middle of the night. Apart from that it was very comfortable.

Big rooms, very spacious, kids friendly too. Easy to heat up meals for young children. And the Jade restaurant there has delicious food. The food served at the wedding came from the same restaurant. It was awesome.

Centrally located. There's a Wu Zun bakery right at the entrance, and the largest local mall, Gadong Mall, is nearby. Gadong Night Market is just a 10-minute walk away. Taxis are also readily available.
