"The hotel is actually a homestay. It is similar to the building from the locals in Guangdong. It has a maximum of four floors. For breakfast, you can see the Bosphorus Strait on the fourth floor. Seagulls come over for breakfast. Clean and clean, the room is very carefully decorated, the bed is very comfortable, the room is relatively large, no matter how large the suitcase is open to put! Downstairs are the attractions, the Blue Mosque, the Cathedral, the Underground Palace, and the museum all within easy reach! This is important! Because of the heavy traffic congestion in Istanbul, it is convenient to get all the places of interest on foot! Eat a lot around, but be lightning proof! I received the most friendliest welcome check-in ever - even walked to my room, just a lovely first impression provided by the Manager and the reception staff.
The room was comfortable, had everything I needed (except tooth brush), free water (2 bottles), with a comfortable bed and pillows.
The icing on the cake was when I checked out very early morning, I was given a pre-prepared sandwich to take with me on my journey. Just wow, thanks for that.
Room suggestion:
Recommend to include a few more English television channels and perhaps, international power sockets with USB's for device charging.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone having a flight transit/stopover.

TTALAL M SThe location is quiet and good to relax away from the crowds of the city, accessible to many attractions, shopping malls, grocery shops and restaurants, only 25 minutes to Istanbul central area.
The breakfast are below average compared to other similar hotels we stayed before and same food every day no variety to offer but overall it’s ok for 3 stars hotel. they made omelette for us as special request. pictures in the hotel site and google maps for breakfast are not real.
Parking on street is free and available all the time.
*Note you need car as the hotel location are away from the city and tourists please and rely on taxi are too expensive.
The room we had are spacious at top floor with good view to the leak. we booked corner room with big windows which offer better views but they provide different one with similar or smaller space and smaller windows. and asked for extra to change to corner room that we booked.
Bed was comfortably good.
The staff are friendly and hotel is new established in late 2024 so many facilities not ready yet.
Cleaning need to be improved dust everywhere and bathroom not cleaned with detergents still smell bad, as we asked them to clean every day with unsatisfied results towels with dead insect on it.

GGuest UserFirst of all, my transfer flight was 23 hours after my first flight. Turkish Airlines don’t provide any stopover hotel for you. It is a total scam. So after being rejected at the care center of Turkish Airlines I made on the spot booking at the airport and contacted hotel to pick me up from the Istanbul Airport because since I am an Asian I was afraid of going out to take a taxi alone. Fortunately, hotel responded so quickly and sent me the driver. It took only 15 minutes to get to the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel the staff were super friendly and the room was so clean and comfortable. I took a great night sleep there and breakfast was great as well. Only problem was passing car noise.

ZZHOU1. We note that the hotel's breakfast options can be richer, for example, and that classic fried eggs may be a delicious start to the day many guests look forward to.
At dinner, we found that grilled sea bass was not on the menu, and the roast chicken breast in the chicken burger, while healthy, was different from the fried chicken flavor we expected.
We feel the warmer temperature in the room and the air conditioning wind direction directly facing the face, which may affect the guest's comfort experience.

ААлександраI spent 2 nights in this hotel. Location is perfect, not far from Istanbul New Airport. If you want sights, go the other way, here is only peace, sea, flying planes. Rooms are all with balconies coming out on the sea, the beach is clean every morning, in principle clean. Menu is not big but quite diverse, portions are big. Someone complained about the reviews on the ripping is a lie. Everything has a fixed price. Staff is just super. All your tasks are solved. Change money, help with taxi call... Very pleasant people. Sure, I'll go back to this hotel again. A wire in the corners is nonsense compared to everything else. Food from the menu is delicious, spices delicious, bread is just a fairy tale.
