I stayed here to break up my long drive from central Oregon back to California. Shasta is a lovely area. The motel was conveniently located off the main road. Check-in was smooth and I got to my room quickly. Heard live music coming from the restaurant across the street so went over and had a salad and enjoyed the adjacent plant nursery. The room itself is tiny, which is fine since it was just me. It had a musty smell though, like wet wood. Bed was comfy and sheets and towels were all super clean. The shower got to lukewarm temperature, at best, and this was after running it for 5 minutes. Didn't want to waste any more water trying to get it warmer so took a shower in lukewarm water. Never got hot. TV picture was static-y. Ended the evening with a cocktail in the attached restaurant/lounge. Nice employees and great atmosphere. All in all, a good stay.

My husband and I have stayed here previously so this was our first choice when needing an overnight stay in Mount Shasta. As previously the front desk individual was very pleasant and welcoming upon arrival. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The grounds are nicely kept and enjoyable to enjoy the outdoor space. The price point is excellent. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.
