Holiday Inn Express & Suites CHARLESTON NE MT PLEASANT US17 by IHG

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast and the gym were very good. The only knock was that the 2 people at the front desk were very inattentive and barely even picked their heads up to speak to us. It was very unusual for a hotel front desk reception

Most of the staff were very courteous. They seemed short handed though in Hskp as they had to change us to a Queen room due to not having a King room clean. Faucet in our room was loose/ handle came off. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The staff was really nice but the rooms need more attention in the cleaning department. Food in the air conditioner and floors seemed to have been forgotten to be vacuumed.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly, polite and accommodating. Breakfast was good just need more options.

Clean room, roomy enough for the wheelchair. The breakfast had many options and the biscuits are gravy were delicious. The price was much better than others I had previously paid in Charleston.

Check in was great…clean and well appointed rooms. Breakfast was excellent as well…all the basics plus a few extras. Dining room area was spacious and well laid out with lots of places for singles and family.

Staff was very friendly. We checked in late at night and still received a smile when we walked in the door. Our room was just what we needed for one night. Our only issue was that the mattress was very worn-out and not comfortable. If the mattress was replaced i would stay in the same room again

We were there for doctor's appts...price point was right and close to appts. Had a nice stay.

The young lady at check-in had the personality of a rock. She never made eye contact. She should not be working with the public. Otherwise, the hotel was clean but the pillows were terrible.
