Candlewood Suites CHARLESTON – MT. PLEASANT by IHG

Could not have been happier with the room, the staff, or our stay. They have a lil area that has items for purchase and the drink selection could have included milk, but given the fact our room had a full size fridge, was not a bit bothered as we just bought some. It was spacious and had just about everything you could think of. Outlet usage was a bit sparse on one side of the bed, but again, not a big deal. Price was amazing. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very smooth check in, the check in staff is friendly and the check in was fast. The hotel room is like a studio apartment room with kitchenette and big refrigerator. We enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel was nice and clean with a good location but I checked out on March 16,3026 and it's now April 4th and they will not release my deposit. I have called multiple times and they will not resolve the issues. Do NOT stay at this property unless you want to be scammed out of $100!

Pleasantly surprised about how nice this hotel was. Staff was super friendly, hotel was clean, and loved the free coffee.

Staff friendly and helpful. Property quiet. Rooms clean. Only downside was parking off property most days because parking lot so small.

This hotel was perfect for our short trip to Charleston. Located directly across the bridge from historical downtown with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and well designed with a good size kitchen and comfortable bed. The staff was very pleasant and ready to help with anything we needed. We would definitely stay again when back in the area.

We had a great stay with Candlewood. Upon arrival we had an issue with the third party booking we chose, but the manager Rachael was able to fix it and help us get into our room! The room was clean and spacious as well as all the amenities and the staff were so friendly/helpful!
