Comfort Inn & Suites Patriots Point

The moment we walked into the lobby it had a bad smell that was everywhere including our room. It was like something had been spayed to hide an even worse odor. The room appeared to be clean. There was a long crack in the pan of the shower so we had to straddle the sides of the shower when using it. The soap provided was a very small round bar and that seemed cheap. The sheets were razor thin and not soft. The pillows were mush. The location was AWESOME but we will definitely not return. My wife and I were both very disappointed.

The bathroom was a mess - rocking toilet, shower that had water still pouring through the bath tub facet; the room smelled bad.

Clean room, friendly staff, easy parking, breakfast was the typical free hotel breakfast, neither great nor terrible. Great location half-way between downtown and beaches at Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms.

The property is very clean and so was our room. Lots of parking available. The breakfast was good and had many choices. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the lady who takes care of the breakfast! She is very friendly, attentive and funny!

A little worn down, but over all a very pleasant stay. The lady running breakfast was a hoot. She was a true grandma. If we were ever in the area again we would stay here.

have no complaints at all about this hotel..one of the better ones i have stayed at breakfast was very good.room was clean. staff was friendly.. as a retiree with a cane i appreciated the GRAB BARS in the shower..room 316

Staff were welcoming. Room was clean. Mattresses have aged a bit. Blackout curtains would have been useful. Parking was adequate. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but the space was clean and options plentiful. We liked that they have a water dispenser to refill our water bottles. An ATM in the lobby. Best part - hotel is close to several hot spots, restaurants and trails. We enjoyed our stay.

good breakfast (egg, bacon, grits, biscuits, yogurt, waffles etc. could improve the tea section (basic Liptons). Room was clean and quiet, parking easy. It's a good stop for easy access to bridge to downtown Charleston. Check water taxi nearby straight to downtown, avoid $$ parking downtown. Nice restaurants within 5 min drive along river for sunset.
