Room.was clean from what i could see. Smell is a different story. When I entered it smelled like someone had smoked in there at some point. When the a/c kicked on it smelled damn and moldy. Luckily I brought room spray. Out side of my window were to large mops leaning against outter wall. Needless to say , not attractive. The toilet psper holder in the bathroom was drooping fownward so roll would barely hang on. Vent fan in bathroom didn't work..night stand light on left didn't work..Kitchen trash can was tiny. I had to use bags from the grocery store for most everything.. Frig was cold and did make ice. Social hour was disappointing. I. Pigeon Forge Staybridge had several finger foods , a meat and veg , salad and desert. This location had 1 meat , 1 veg, once a salad. Only one night had desert and i was told that was a mistake left over from something else. They do not normally offer any desert. Free beer and wine was fine.
Breakfast was no where near what Pigeon Forge Staybridge offered. First morning there was no orange juice. Parking was a joke. Not enough spaces available. There were other issues with check out. Don't depend on consistency between locations. I learned that the hard way. Placed the comforter over the sofa. They allow pets in all rooms. No telling what is on the furniture or carpet. My sock were filthy from walking around in room. Overall staff was friendly and helpful. Would not stay here again.
