I loved this place. I would definitely book again. The rooms were spacious, clean and well lit. The bathroom was beautiful, it was nice and quiet, and had friendly staff.  Breakfast was great lots of different options to choose from.

I contacted Trip.com to let them know that I was unable to travel because I had recently been diagnosed as CoVid positive. Trip.com sent me a follow up letter indicating that after attempting to negotiate with the hotel, they were not willing to offer a refund because it was a nonrefundable rate. So guess I should have arrived at the hotel contagious and touched and sneezed on every possible surface in my room and in the public spaces. Thank you Country Inn and Suites for your compassionate response. Will pass this info on to my fellow travelers knowing they will avoid your brand as will I.

Friendly staff,great big room,nice hot tub and pool. Very good breakfast. Room was quiet and comfy.
