Room was spotless. Everything worked. Staff kind, courteous, exemplary. 3rd time staying there for visiting family and friends and leisure.

Canceled my reservation without reaching out to me because the hotel was overbooked. Found out about it upon check-in around 3:45 pm. Poor woman at the front desk said there was nothing she could do about it because there are no managers on duty on Saturdays. After an hour+ of talking with IHG corporate, they call me back and say they finally were able to get me a room (1bed), but it’s not the room I booked (2 beds). I just assumed it would be discounted or comped. No, they cannot do that, they said. I’d have to talk to *******. ******* told me to contact IHG corporate. I ended up try to sleep on a pull out couch (6’3”), while wife and kids shared the king. The place is nice, clean, great breakfast, but you can tell the whole operation is shoddy and disorganized.

I loved our stayed the only thing that we didn't like was how rude our front end service receptionist was.If not It would've been a 5 star!!! She needs better customer service training.
