The stayed at Lavinia Bay Beach Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and elegantly designed, offering a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking view from the balcony with a sea view, which provided a perfect spot for relaxation. The on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, with fresh ingredients and excellent presentation.But the pool has to be renovated and maintained.

The smell from the rubbish dump was a concerning factor. Staff and the room was okay. No regrets I got what I paid for.

Negative things The beach view was not good due to local factory nearby rest all ok This is my third visit that is why I am concerned to improve the standards rest is all ok. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! The manager of Lavinia bay restaurant gave us a very bad customer service today when we were gonna book a family room for 4 people. Usually the family room for 18,000 LKR but the manager said he will give the room for 25,000 saying that they have to spend a lot of money for cleaning. Cleaning is a main responsibility for a hotel but unfortunately the manager was gonna charge extra for cleaning which is unacceptable. NEVER TRUST THIS HOTEL!! Terrible food portions and terrible customer service!!!
