The property was good. The only issue I had was that it is located on a highway. The other side of the highway has a lot of stores (Walmart), and restaurants. There were no way to cross the highway on foot, unless you have a car (No walkway to cross the highway even when the traffic light was green from the hotel side)

I was very disappointed with the WiFi connections in our room; many other guests also complained. Also, although we were told that the restaurant was open from 5-9pm, this was false. We also had difficulty with the room keys. The maid service was excellent.

Shower didn’t work, WiFi kept going out, no breakfast provided even though that was a feature shown at the time of booking, confirmed at check-in, and verified by another employee.

My experience at this hotel was awful.
The first night, the entire hall of my room was very loud. People yelling from the rooms and the halls. People blasting TV and music. I couldn't sleep. Reception moved my room to another floor.
The next night, from my changed room, the same exact issue. Loud music, people yelling, etc. This was happening at around 2am.
My entire trip I was exhausted because of these disturbances.
I read a review here of someone mentioning similar sound insulation issues. There was a reply saying they'll work on it. It doesn't look like anything has been done in the 5 months since then.
Something needs to be done about the level of noise, especially late at night. I mentioned this issue to the associate at the front desk as I was leaving. She didn't offer to reimburse me or do anything. Something for the trouble would have been appreciated.

Very nice for pice! Comfortable beds.
I should have changed room though. We were next to elevator and it sounded like a plane taking off all night. They did offer room change but after a 10 drive my husband was asleep so I didn't change.
Very nice staff.
Wish they served breakfast.

Really nice room and hotel. Biggest issue i had was there are no carpets to wipe your feet off anywhere. It rained during our stay and the marble and tile floors with no carpet to wipe your feet is a safety concern. Other than that definitely would stay again.
