Magnolia Inn B&B

Sharing good vibes about our recent experience at Magnolia Inn. This charming property is within walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants and points of interest. Breakfast options and homemade treats are yummy… a favorite of ours was the “Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti”. We stayed in the very private Lighthouse suite… loved the fireplace and the bedding! Joe & Sandy, the new owners, are delightful and I look forward to staying with them again!

Delightful stay with our hosts Sandy and Joe. Our room, the Inverness, was very comfortable with a wonderful rainfall shower head. The breakfasts were delicious and so filling. Highly recommend for a weekend get away. Convenient to downtown and many good restaurants!

We stayed for my husband’s birthday along with 3 other couples who we took with us. We had an amazing time and the location is perfect for walking to town for shopping or restaurants. All of our rooms were lovely and spotless. Breakfast each morning was unique and delicious and Sandy made sure to take food allergies or sensitivities into consideration. Joe and Sandy were attentive hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. We will absolutely stay here again! ❤️

We had a great experience at the Magnolia Inn. The accommodations were wonderful and our Hosts were so kind and welcoming. Also…the gourmet breakfast was Outstanding!! We highly recommend this B&B in Mt Dora. A visit to the town and restaurants make Mt Dora a great weekend getaway.

One of the most relaxing, homey feeling experiences while staying at the Magnolia Inn Bed and Breakfast. Sandy and Jose make you feel right at home and are two of the most gracious hosts. The breakfast service is excellent. We stayed for two nights; Highly recommend the Magnolia Inn.

Highly recommended. Sandy and Joe's passion for their B&B shows. Although they've only been owners for four months you'd think that they had been in the hospitality business their entire lives. With delicious breakfast selections, attention to detail and excellent location you can't go wrong staying at the Magnolia.

When choosing a place to stay we looked for a bed and breakfast near the town that had great reviews. We were not disappointed by choosing The Magnolia Inn Bed and Breakfast. It's a charming older home converted into 5 rooms for guest. The rooms were well appointed with comfortable beds and furniture that gave it a very warm feeling. They had great A/C and fans to keep the room comfortable. Each room had its own shower and toilet. The towels were great and not worn, but fluffy and absorbent . It was very clean. The host's Joe and Sandy went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The Breakfast was over the top, with a number of choices and even special home made biscotti while we waited for our breakfast, that were served by the Hosts. The town was just down the street maybe a hundred yards or so, so very convenient to the lake and the tours and many fine eating establishments. We had a wonderful experience we will remember for a long time. Matt and Kathleen

BEST B&B EXPERIENCE EVER! HOSTS ARE WELCOMING AND WARM. THE SHEETS WERE VERY SOFT AND THE DECORATIONS WERE MUSEUM WORTHY... I BUGGED THEM FOR DIFFERENT THINGS AND THEY WERE WONDERFUL! THANKS SANDY AND JOE! I RECOMMEND THIS B&B TO ANYONE NEEDING REST AND RELAXATION!

Although we only had the opportunity to stay for one night, it was an excellent experience. The hosts graciously greeted us and allowed us to park at the property early as we arrived prior to the check in time. They provided us with a map of the area and we went on our way and walked into town. The room was incredibly comfortable and the house was very quiet. In the morning we went downstairs to the dining room for our lovely homemade breakfast. The house is beautiful, the hosts are friendly and attentive. We definitely would chose to stay again next time we visit Mt. Dora. We highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a home that is walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants that Mt. Dora has to offer. Larry and Eileen
