It was lovingly maintained by the William Capps family for sixty years. Pam and Andrew Flowers, restored its charm while preserving its unique character. The Flowers House is equipped with modern amenities while maintaining its historical charm. You’ll find five spacious bedrooms, four of which have their own bathrooms, making it perfect for family gatherings or group getaways. The shared front and back porches, combined with a cozy backyard featuring a fire pit, provide ample space for relaxation. Inside, enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a breakfast nook, a laundry room, and a generous living room. There are 2 breweries in the area. Just a short stroll to downtown Mount Dora, you'll discover a cornucopia of activities, dining options, and shopping. Everything about this property checked all the boxes. Very clean, spacious, five bedrooms and most with their own bathrooms. Hosts very prompt in answering questions. Wonderfully close to downtown with great shops and restaurants. We never used our car once we arrived. Look forward to staying here again!

As we look forward to our next stay here, I hesitantly say....What a gem! The property is perfectly located to the downtown area, everything is in walking distance and the property as exactly as described and even more charming in person. We especially loved the porch and perfect spot to relax and unwind and watch the world go by! The home was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into making their guests feel welcome. A five star experience!

Everything about this house is well thought out and welcoming! We’ve rented many VRBO homes over the years and this house is one of our favorites. It’s very walkable to shopping and restaurants too. We will be back!

The Flowers House was the best All the amenities anyone could ask for and more. Clean, parking was prefect, beds were comfortable. They thought of everything. So close to everything, we never drove to anything. It was a perfect house for a group of 70 year old ladies to have fun..
