Stayed for 1 night to experience the snow and other fun activities at Mt Buller. We've got a great view of trees covered with snow from our room terrsce. The heater in our room plus in the shower room was well-working. Room was big enough to fit in 4 pax. Breakfast buffet was quite simple. Definitely, not for those who wants to have a heavy starter in the morning. Being an asian customer, i think the dinner meal at the resto/lounge bar was a bit pricey. The staff tried their best to assist all customers, especially on a winter season where almost all customers need to rent a ski snd snowboard gear. Overall, it's a good place to spend for a night.

From the moment my husband and I toured The Sebel Pinnacle Valley Resort in search of a wedding venue we knew this was the one. The Sebel PVR has the most amazing rustic country atmosphere surrounded by beautiful mountain views and we instantly knew this is the place where we wanted to get married. Nicolette has truely gone above and beyond to ensure that our day was perfect. Nicolette has an absolute wealth of knowledge when it comes to planning weddings and making sure all your wishes come true on your day. The Sebel PVR team made our special day run so smoothly and stress free, it was a dream! The food was amazing, and the standard of service we received was impeccable. The accommodation on site was amazing and made things so much easier and less stressful on the day. Each person that attended our wedding has commented on how amazing the venue and staff are. The Sebel PVR is truely a special place and I would HIGHLY recommend this venue. Had a great one night stay at Amber Lodge. Jo and Frank really have thought of everything! The newly renovated property is super clean, cosy and friendly. Plenty of storage space for bags as you arrive. No problem to change into gear and store bags before check in to get onto the slopes. Storage room for skis at the door and a drying room on the entry level makes it all very seamless. We stayed in a room with bunks that could sleep 5 people and had a ensuite. It was small but very comfortable. Ensuite was clean and had soap provided. We requested linen for $10 per person which was so crisp and clean. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need; jug, coffee machine, microwave, range and stove top, large fridge, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery,chopping boards etc. Basics in case you didn’t bring them such as salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, peanut butter vegemite were on hand if required. Little touches of this kind of thoughtfulness throughout the stay made it welcoming and relaxing. The place was full but there was plenty of space in the communal area either on the lounge, in the reading nook, around the giant table or island bench. The kids enjoyed playing out the front in the snow as we readied to go ski or returned from the village. Thanks Jo and Frank for a great experience! Will be recommending Amber Lodge to all my friends and family.

Had a good stay at the hotel, and found the crew friendly and ready to assist with any queries. Drivers were also very helpful. the lounge bar was lovely to chill out in. the room was clean and had everything we needed. The delivery of breakfast to the room and complimentary drinks in late afternoon was also a lovely touch. We didn't get to dine at Signature as it was closed on certain days but the views looked amazing from the restaurant. Overall, a good stay at the Breathtaker.
