Next level service, in the best way possible. The room was a bit small but good value for money. Shower holder was broken so had to hold it myself which is not the end of the world but a bit annoying. Parking lot has 2 ev chargers €0,45 per kWh.

Room is ok. Simple and good for 1 night stay . However we were disappointed as the wi fi was down for 24 hours and we had to struggle without it .

The hotel room was a little bit small but clean, we didn't have much choice and the price was not cheap overall.

Very good hotel, with a great location, very close to the central scenic area. Beautiful environment, close to a big river, open the window at night to see the sunset on the river, this is the biggest highlight, very popular. We booked the hotel through Ctrip.com while driving in France. K originally booked to stay for one day, and then several of us caught a cold. Here we met a beautiful lady on duty at the front desk (on duty on May 5). She was very enthusiastic to help us and introduced the largest local hospital for emergency treatment. It was under her suggestion that we successfully received medical treatment. We felt that this hotel was very comfortable, like home, so we added another day. Our cold was cured quickly. Thank you very much to the beautiful lady at the front desk, and thank you for the comfort and convenience that the hotel brings to travelers.

Due to the good living environment, close to the Adour River, and friendly front desk, I extended my reservation for one more day. Although the cleaners don't speak English, they are enthusiastic and can communicate with basic gestures. It is the best choice for self-driving tours with high cost performance.
