Huge disappointment. There was no lock , or even a closing mechanism, on the 'door' between bedroom and ensuite. The owner was not very pleasant or helpful. He charged us for 2 glasses of wine although I am sure Mr and Mrs Smith deal entitled us to one each. The air conditioning did not work well either. Dreadful

Lovely romantic spot - we debated staying in Cannes or Nice but so happy to have a tranquil cozy place. Our suite - Isadora- had the most wonderful terrace. Despite the chilly weather, we could still enjoy sitting out there. We had a really nice time exploring the neighboring villages.

Stayed in the St Honorat Suite for 1 night, could here the guests upstairs at 1am and 7am being noisy, loose floor tiles in bathroom, toilet seat lacquer peeling off seat, there is a difference between rustic and repair, and this hotel clearly needs some TLC. Pool and sunbeds were a nice relaxing area but need your mosquitoe repellent. Receptionist located directly outside of room so all we could here from check in until we went out for dinner was her talking as walls are paper thin. Overpriced and wouldn’t stay here again.

We settled upon Les Rosees for our trip to the south of France after reading numerous reviews . Though it was evident most rooms were suitable for two people we settled on Suite St Honorat which was described as a family suite . Our party comprised myself , two adult daughters and my son in law . Upon arrival it was slightly confusing as to where to go to check in but I guess the meandering layout was part of the charm of the place . Rachel greeted us and was very welcoming and friendly . We were shown to our suite and once in it was rather evident that whilst it was two rooms it really was much better suited as a suite for a couple . My eldest daughter and her husband took the main room and myself and other daughter went into the second ( back ) room . My bed was a sofa bed but roomy enough I guess ( though over time the mattress atop it constantly moved ) , my daughter had the second bed which she described as being like a prison bed ! Indeed it was a very small wooden bed with a little mattress . To get to the bathroom we had to go through the other bedroom which was not ideal , particularly as the bathroom door did not even proper close , there was always a gap and no handle on door . The bed linen was never changed during the week though we did notice bed linen on chair in our room . I would not be too precious about this but did think maybe ONCE during our stay it might be changed . We decided not to have breakfast as 22 euros seemed steep for essentially croissants , pastries and fruit . The pool area is not sufficient if the place is fully occupied- there were 4 sun beds at one end and then another 2 in a lower space so we very rarely got chance to use it . The village of Mougins is exquisite- about 20/25 min walk but uphill on the way there and quite a hike in the heat . The whole area is gorgeous and we visited some beautiful villages and suchlike . Overall although Les Rosees is charming in a quirky , traditional but sometimes’lacking’ kind of way nevertheless the top end price did not justify it at all - it was never a place we looked forwato coming back to relax in at the end of a long day . If I were to come to the region again a villa would be my choice - comparable if not cheaper in price and far more suited to the size of our group .

Absolute perfection! If you want to feel like you’re in the South of France, you must stay here. Every detail from the lighting of candles at breakfast to the comforts of the room is evidence in the care they take to make it special for their guests. The breakfast and dinner (private chef!) was delicious and almost tailor made. We wished we could have stayed longer. Next time!

What a wonderful stay we had at Les Rosees. We travelled with our 19 month old and couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome and at home. The room was gorgeous, spacious and decorated in a gorgeous style. The gardens are beautiful and tranquil and breakfast/dinner were absolutely delicious and plentiful. The best thing though was the staff we met - they were so warm and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Thanks!

We have just spent three nights at Les Rosees and it was idyllic. It has a bohemian chic vibe - a beautiful wild garden, fairytale turrets on the building, and stunning interiors that are romantic, enchanting, and full of great art. There is an incredible elegance to the place - the candles and music at breakfast, the delicious meals that let local ingredients sing, and the easy going and genial team that run it. The outside world washed away for a few days and we were loved falling under the spell of this dreamlike hotel.

We spent five nights at Les Rosées and what a truly memorable experience. On arrival we were not too sure, so different was it to any place we had stayed before. But we quickly fell under its spell. You could not hope to meet more charming people who look after you with incredible kindness and care. There is a gentleness here that is hard to describe. The chef Emmanuel Pichenel produces sublime meals - we dined in every evening and could not wish for more beautifully prepared food, cooked with inspiration and huge talent. Absolute tranquility and comfort is found here in the old French manner - nothing showy. We feel restored and ready to face the real world again after a rather magical holiday. Thank you!

We had three nights at Les Rosees and we wish we had been there longer. We arrived late in the evening and made our way up the candlelit stone steps to the hotel entrance where we were warmly welcomed and immediately shown our lovely and spacious room. It could not have been more comfortable - a large and comfy bed with incredibly high-quality bed linen. We slept so well and breakfast was really good too. The location was perfect for visiting so many places (Mougins, Grasse, Cannes and many more) but it was also really nice to spend time in Les Rosees' lovely gardens and laze by the the pool. Dinner was also delicious and the restaurant's terrace is a beautiful place to spend the evening. Rachel was charming and very helpful in giving us great recommendations to visit and to eat. We would definitely try to book again if we were returning to the area. All in all... a lovely place.
