Le numéro de la réservation ne fonctionnais pas du appel le service client facturé en plus ça. La chambre j'ai pris avec baignoire. C'était douche. Chauffage ne fonctionne pas. Au rez-de-chaussée pas de réseau la WiFi bof.

My family and I came to this hotel and the very first person we met at the front desk was an older man. He continued to ignore me and instead assist the French person behind me. The customer said to the man working the front “the woman was first and I think she has a question”. He asked me what I need didn’t even look at me and so I asked for water. He shrugged me off and so I asked again. Finally, I asked why can’t you help me get some water. He said because you are American. I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. He said he is protecting himself.
The last day of our stay we checked out. Of course the man was working. We took our bags down, and he once again treated us very poor yelling at us to move our bags. He made me feel uncomfortable as an American to travel to France ever again.

If I want to stay in this hotel next . Just I will stay one night .. bathroom was very small , if you want to wash ur hand and face the was was in bedroom , it is very noisy for ur partner Also if you want to take shower it is very narrow. My experience this hotel just for 1 night

c'est une première fois et surement une dernière fois dans cette chaine d'hôtel. Pour croiser le personnel c'est au client de s'adapter au horaire.(c'est très impersonnel de se retrouver face à un écran pour avoir des codes ou des clefs) autant aller sur du RB&B. A la réservation on ne pouvait que prendre les petits dej pour tout le séjour alors que je devais partir tôt le dernier jour.
la chambre est vraiment petite.
rien a redire sur la propreté.

Chambre petite, lavabo dans la chambre merci l'intimité de la toilette. douche et toilette collés dans un placard , pour s'assoir sur le trone vaux mieux ouvrir la porte pff. vieillot et les couloirs sentent le renfermé .

Rapport qualité prix vraiment très intéressant. Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes moi madame et le petit âgé de 12 ans et franchement rapport qualité prix rien à dire pour un bb hôtel pour 3 personnes super. Juste pour passer la nuit ça suffit

On est rarement déçu par cette chaîne d'hôtel. Le rapport qualité-prix est là. La literie est confortable, le personnel sympathique et le petit-déjeuner à 8,50€ est vraiment intéressant (varié, plein de choix, à volonté). Nuit calme, parking privatif facile devant l'hôtel.

O hotel tem uma localização muito boa, a 15 minutos de carro até o centro de Cannes e a uma hora de Monte Carlo. Não aconselho usarem a máquina de refrigerantes, pois ela engoliu cinco euros do meu cartão de crédito e não consegui pegar nenhum produto. Ainda não tive tempo de reclamar o reembolso ao hotel e não foi possível reclamar pessoalmente, pois a recepção fecha às 11:00 h e o check-out foi às 12:00 h. O banheiro apresentava um cheiro desagradável quando chegáva-mos, precisa ser corrigido isso.
