I have traveled around the world and been to many great hotels especially business hotels like this Sheraton. This is by far the best I’ve been to despite the woes Moscow is going through. I couldn’t possibly mention everybody’s name that has helped my wife and me but let me start with Natalia who checked us in and took care of us. I have not met Anna Pavlova the general manager but she clearly knows how to run a fantastic property. I’m in the hotel business myself so I know something about it. The front test team is wonderful, the FNB team is great and the housekeeping team is perfect… I cannot recommend this hotel if you come to Moscow enough… I stayed at three other hotels in the city and this is by far the best in a great location… congratulations to everybody here.

I have been living in Moscow from 2018 - 2020 and was a long term resident of Marriott Aurora and Marriott Grand hotels. Due to Covid-19, January 2022 was the first time when I came back to Moscow after a long period of time and had decided to choose Marriott Grand for my stay. The hotel is located right on Tverskaya Street walking distance to the Red Square, theaters, many other cultural locations, and the wonderful Depo Luxury Food Mall in Moscow. It is also very close to the Belaruskaya train station which has the Aeroexpress directly to/from SVO airport. What differentiates Marriott Grand hotel from many others are the staff which are always there to help you with anything that you might require. The front desk staff are always accommodating with any early check-in and late-check-out requests and the concierge is always ready to help with restaurant and other reservations. Additionally, the hotel has a great buffet breakfast, nice restaurants, and also great room service which is available 24 hours a day. The gym and spa center on the -1 level is also really great, it has a wonderful gym equipment, swimming pool, sauna, and hammam. I wanted to also complement the hotel for it's cleanliness, from the lobby, the elevators, the hallways, and of course the rooms, it is a pleasure to see how the cleaning staff are always making the hotel look tidy and clean for the guests. Overall I really would recommend this hotel to my family and friends and hope that this review can help others on Tripadvisor to make the hotel selection in Moscow. Thank you once again Marriott Grand staff and General Manager for making our stay so wonderful! We are looking forward to staying with you again during our next trip to Moscow.

Having been there before I wanted to be close to the event I was attending. While it was obviously not full due to the epidemic, I must mention the quality of the service throughout. Foremost the concierge Alexei who has been helpful with tips but also was able to replace a banner sleeve which had ripped. He remembers his clients’ names and that is a gift. He’s a keeper. The reception was professional and was very helpful about alternatives to taking a taxi in moscow traffic. The wait and greeting staff at breakfast and the lobby bar were attentive. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of my favorite cocktail (*****ni). The cooks were constantly checking the buffet. The quality there remains high and I do measure when staff training is reflected in every department from checking in to checkout.

The hotel has a good location. It is near the metro. It is possible to reach the red square in 15 minutes. Famous ”Lencom” in 3 minutes walk. I liked how warm and trembling treated the guests as close and long-awaited. Fresh spacious rooms. Bed linen with pleasant crystal. Delicious food in the restaurant. Food can be ordered in the room. There is a free parking. There is everything you need in the hotel, you don't need to drag even umbrellas and charging devices for gadgets. Good hotel for a moderate price

A very nice hotel with a perfect location, close to everything one might need (restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, even a bookstore is walking distance). Major Moscow landmarks are easy to get to. The staff are friendly and helpful. I ordered a delivery to the hotel, they helped me to get my parcel. I had a comfortable room on the 8th floor with a lovely view on Pushkin square and really enjoyed the sauna and the spa complex. The hotel has a small but useful gym on the 3rd floor and a beautifully decorated lobby.

Single travel, this hotel is very suitable. The rooms are like dormitory, each room is the same size, about 10 square meters. The bathroom is more spacious and enough. In November 2022, we booked for the head of the hotel at the B60 Hotel for 10 days. The booking was confirmed by phone and by mail. Unfortunately, we were forced to move the settlement twice, the hotel went to us to the meeting, though extremely reluctant. The new settlement was planned on 31.10. On 10.11.2023. I called the hotel and we decided to reduce the days in the hotel, leave from 7 to 10.11.2023. The guest had to arrive 8.11 from the morning and we with the administrator by phone (which is the record) agreed to book the booking to deliver from 7.11.2023 as a guaranteed early check-in. As a result in the morning the guest will not settle. Referring to the fact that they allegedly called me the day before the check-in to confirm the reservation. No calls were received, the more missing I have (I always have a phone in the visibility zone). I clarified why if you didn't call the first to remove the reservation? And why did I not duplicate the confirmation information by mail? I was told that my mail was not indicated in the questionnaire..... How then did I initially get the booking data?? Talk to the administrator Sergey and the senior administrator have not led to anything. They are convinced of the rightness of their employees. Apologies have not been brought and they did not want to solve the situation. Referring to the fact that everything was done according to the rules and all the rooms are busy in general. Money is input, service is not provided, impression is damaged. This attitude is outrageous. The question of returning money is not worth, we understand that the tariff is not refundable, but it is not possible to treat their guests so aggressively.

The hotel was booked naturally, the room category was increased free of charge. Everything liked! At the location is just perfect! Very tussous area, near Depo. Shops, cafes, all around in abundance. To the metro minutes 15. The rooms themselves are new, clean, stylish. Inside the silence. We didn't take breakfast, but there is a place to sit and drink tea/coffee, heat food in a microwave. Probably would have stopped there next time, considered it and on previous trips, glad we finally chose you this time)

Booking on the hotel website without pay was no work, you can pay on the spot, and the room was available. The room is a single room without window. Be careful, it is really economic and really without a window, special expectations are better not to eat. There are all necessary, normal sauna, normal plumbing, microscopic shelter, no windscreen, apparently on request for review. Room 5-6 meters, tv is. In general, everything is good. For 1 night - book without looking, the location is quite decent, quiet center, in the walk of the Moscow Zoo and the workshop-museum Ceretelli. In a shelter, cleaning the plum is required after every guest, not sometimes. TV is better hanging on the wall, on the shelf it categorically illuminates the screen when watching a bed. Yes, a normal savings hotel. The higher category numbers are always a winning option.

Overall rating is ”Very Good” for the price and location. Not an easy approach, and taxi took some time to locate it. Though the address is Staropimenovskiy per 11/6, the entrance is located on Vorotnikovskiy. There is no lift, so best to travel light, but receptionist assisted us carrying baggage to our rooms and on departure, bringing it down. Good facilities - microwave and refrigerator. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to metro and centrally located Baggage room for checkout for late evening departures Reception said we could wait in restaurant until 7 pm as we had a night train to catch, to Saint Petersburg. It seems the manager was not too happy to see us waiting in the restaurant, and probably for not ordering any food or drink. Perhaps the manager appeared rude as we were there, as the receptionist said we could wait in the restaurant, and there weren’t any customers waiting for our table! Good selection for breakfast, though not buffet. The single person took orders, cooked/prepared and served in fairly decent time. She does a great job. By the way it is at least half an hour from Red Square, bur the public transport is pretty good, especially the metro.

A cool hotel five minutes walk from the metro. The location was very convenient for business trip. The cost per night was 3500, which is basically the average price for hotels around. There are a number of options and cheaper and more expensive. The room was clean, with interesting design. Every room in the hotel is unique, as you can understand from the photo, but I didn't have to choose the room. In general the hotel liked: friendly staff, cleanliness, was also quite quiet, the neighbors didn't bother. The standard category number was small but I was comfortable. Those who travel not alone can confuse the glass doors to the bathroom. In general, the saucer is very small, upset the absence of at least any shelf, where you could fold cosmetics and washing items. But it is not all critical and compensated by the class design of the surrounding space. The only substantial drawback for me was that the window was quite persistent. It had to be enabled Heating is full, the good of the battery is regulated. Also tense was the absence of a curtain on the window, which could again protect from the passing and excess light, as the available rollers only shine slightly. Very, very much liked breakfast! It was in a new cafe that is located in the same yard as the hotel. The cafe is very cozy and atmospheric and breakfast was prepared just fantastic!
