Its a nice hotel at the center of Larnaca. I like the fact that its not like a common hotel .In fact it doesn't look like a hotel from outside and also inside the decoration is unique .The guys in the reception are very nice and helpful as well.The rooms are very quite with a minimal decoration and automatically curtains and lights and with a huge bathroom. Sleep is very important to me so also the king size bed is very comfortable.Furthermore, I like the fact that the quality is the first thing this hotel is based on. Its a business hotel with a little artificial yard where you can take your breakfast.The only thing that doesn't suits me was that there wasn't any fresh orange juice in the breakfast, but its a small detail. Keep this quality Local!Thank you!

Stayed at the hotel with his family. The room itself was more spacious than it looked at in the photo. The administrator was polite and smiley, settled fast. A pleasant surprise was the presence of a bathing duck in the bathroom, if I understood correctly, they are left specifically for residents with children. I think I will come back here in the future. ”Арт Москва Войковская”, на мой взгляд, можно охарактеризовать как современный бизнес-отель в достаточно бюджетной ценовой категории, не без оснований претендующий на оригинальность дизайна, предназначенный прежде всего для людей без избыточно завышенных претензий и ожиданий. Расположен отель достаточно далеко от исторического центра Москвы (путь на метро до центра займет минут 40-50), но его целевую аудиторию и составляет те, чьи интересы, деловые или личные, так или иначе находятся в пределах данной локации. Путь к отелю от метро ”Войковская” занимает минут десять пешком. С одной стороны ведущей к нему улицы находится старый жилой район, с другой стороны - промышленная зона и железная дорога. Кстати, именно эта железная дорога приносит некоторые неудобства постояльцам - при открытом окне ее слышно на любом этаже отеля, при закрытом - тоже, но уже в пределах терпимости. Заселение в моем случае прошло моментально, так как происходило уже после 14 час. Для постояльцев с ранним приездом или поздним выездом есть комната для хранения багажа, как по мне, так достаточно безопасная и удобная. Кроме того, можно подождать заселения в лобби-баре (довольно годный кофе!), или в ресторане на втором этаже (знаю, что он там есть, но посетить не пришлось, так что оценивать его не возьмусь). Оснащение номера стандартное для отеля данной звездности (см. фото), с некоторой претензией на арт-дизайн, но без навязчивых изысков. В целом могу сказать, что номер мне показался достаточно функциональным и уютным. В номере есть чайник и набор простых чайных-кофейных пакетиков, мыло-шампуни-гели также обновляются регулярно, без специального запроса. Уборка вполне качественная, смена белья за 3 дня мне не понадобилась. Сотрудники отеля в целом показались профессиональными, доброжелательными, но без фанатизма. Улыбок в адрес клиента можно было бы и побольше, а так чувствуется некоторая отстраненность. Резюме: с моей точки зрения, по критерию ”цена-качество” отель вполне соответствует как своей звездности, так и ценовой категории, занимая собственную, достаточно узкую потребительскую нишу. Смогу рекомендовать его своим знакомым, но только в том случае, если им потребуется остановиться именно в данном районе, все-таки для обще-экскурсионных целей по Москве он не подходит.

Hello. I went to Moscow in March 2023 and stayed at this hotel. Overall I liked everything. The territory is large, next to the water with ducks and swans 🙂 The numbers are clean, the truth fen is old (who is used to laying hair phenomenon - better take your own) 😃 There is a restaurant with delivery to the room. The only thing I add is that the taxi is usually stopped on the road opposite the entrance to the hotel. Go not very close, entrance through the security. And if you still settle in a building with a standard room (about 30 square meters), it is to go through the transition in the hotel itself. 🙂 only for lowering one star.

Well, let's start with the fact that the hotel business is a service, and here the service is directly at 50-60hg.
