Palmira Business Club

Moscow|1.39km from MTsK ZIL
My name is Eduardo Aldea, I’m staying at Palmira business club hotel in Moscow, since the 21.04.2021. the situation is the following, yesterday 22.04.2021 around 9:20 pm I was talking on a business meeting, in a foreign language (Spanish) in the hall of the hotel, always procuring to be respectful with the volume of my voice, because for me is really important to respect and foment the respect among people in common areas, suddenly 2 drunk persons, also guests of the hotel, started with verbal aggressions and insults towards me, the administration and the security guards of the hotel where no more than 10 to 15 meters far from me and they didn’t do anything to avoid the situation going on, even when I asked them from the distance help with the situation. Followed to that I needed to stand up and go directly to ask to the receptionist to please help me with the people who was yelling and insulting me, the only thing that I can think about this situation is that they treat me on that way because of my foreigner status, so basically, I was discriminated. What shocks me more is that whenever I address the manager of the hotel to put a complain about the situation, I was told that the my complain was practically unacceptable, because they are not responsible about the communication between the guests, so, practically, anybody can come, yell to me, insult me, or whatever and the hotel will not anything, under my understanding, the hotel is in a position in which the discrimination towards foreigner persons is supported by the management team, this is really sad for me I can’t believe such kind of answer from the hotel. I repeat that, in this particular case, as I’m foreigner, and all the situation started by that, I felt discriminated, and I also feel that this hotel is promoting the discrimination towards foreigner guests, due to the lack of professionalism of the management and security team of the hotel. Also I feel discriminated because I’m sure that they will not treat me in the same way if it would be me, as foreigner, the one who yell and insult a Russian guest of the hotel.

Courtyard by Marriott Moscow Paveletskaya Hotel

Excellent location. Silent (no trains can be heard). View from the window to the office building. Parking is paid 1200 yards per night, but it is always available (unlike Select Hotel). Excess (shoot hat, toothbrush, etc.) in the room is not- ask for resepshne. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby( Uryuk my favorite - a little further, but delicious there very!). And here breakfast is poor. (This is the minus for which I lower the estimate. 1000r per person is expensive. Although the eyelid, becon, cheese, the simplest fruit- vegetables you will find there. Coffee is good. But! You can take a combo in a chocolate for 300r - it will be the same, only with a view to the wonderful park in front of the Paveletsky station(by the way, I recommend walking there certainly: very nice, fountain dancing and singing for classical music, watching area, shining rings-wheel, generally beautiful decoration). Yes, the entry under the slagbaum can not be noticed, so slower and with the navigator look)).

I'd like to start with a good one. I would like to celebrate the administrators of this hotel, the girls are very kind, responsive and tried to help us at any request. I would like to especially celebrate the administrator Albina. Now about the room. We got on the 4th floor. The room is not bad, clean. There is a teapot, glasses. The fena wasn't, but we asked and gave us girls on the respiratory. Thank you for that! Well now about minus!!! Hearing is just a gesture, both nights that we had been there listening to orgies in the neighboring rooms, the feeling that it was happening under our door. The impression, to say softly, is not very much.
AZIMUT hotel Derbenevskaya Moscow

I spent a wonderful time at AZIMUT Hotel Derbenevskaya, and it is more thanks to the staff member, Sofia. She was very attentive and friendly, always ready to help and answer any questions. She did everything possible to make my stay at the hotel comfortable and pleasant. In addition, Sofia showed high professional competence and organization. She was quick to perform her duties, always on the spot and made no mistakes. I really appreciated her work and recommended Sofia as an excellent hotel business specialist. In general, I would like to note that AZIMUT Hotel Derbenevskaya is an excellent place to stay. The hotel is in a convenient location, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and hospitality.
AZIMUT Hotel Tulskaya Moscow

Tula Hotel, the location of this hotel is very interesting. In a school in Moscow, the architectural style is a uniform red brick style, which is very beautiful. I do n’t know much about it. According to my guess, it should be a university and I can see a lot every day. Young student, I live on the fifth floor, it should be on the top floor, there is a small skylight, and I stayed for three nights. Unfortunately, it rained the previous two nights. If the weather is good, you can watch the stars in the room. However, many of my own stuff are not crowded in the room. It is worth mentioning that there is a small bar diagonally across from the hotel. The atmosphere is particularly good after 10pm. The dj will invite everyone at the table to sing , Are young people, in short, very nice, not far from Metro Line 9 тульская Station, overall the check-in experience is good

Apartment hotel, I booked a room with a terrace, the room was comfortable and clean, but there was a little decoration. There is a big supermarket nearby, very close to the subway station, 3-5 minutes away, but it will be a bit noisy in the morning. Opposite the hotel is a small children's paradise, with a large lawn greening, not far from the pier, but I don't know why I can't buy tickets. People here are generally not good at English, but they are very enthusiastic.
Maxima Panorama Hotel

The location of the hotel is its most important plus. You got off the subway, two steps, and you are in the hotel, it is convenient. But in the rest of the hotel is purely under business trips when you just need to sleep somewhere. The speed at the inet is paid if you want normal. Water you will only get to the settlement. I came to the room at night, I realized there was no water. And I can get it nowhere, because you see if they're ”closing the shift” and selling the water will only be able from 12 a.m. As if it's not Moscow, but Zazhopinsk, somehow, to God. There are no brushes, toothpaste, coats. They put everything at the minimum. Rosettas for some reason only near the table, and there is no bed. It is super inconvenient Still I can't note the khalda on the respiratory, which does not want to help customers and solve their problems, but wants hysterically to yell as she closes the shift, and then loudly discuss me with the guard Hotel level really as if you got in a small town nobody needs
