The staff were so nice and the cabana was clean and roomy. The only thing to watch out for are the bugs that get inside, but that’s just because of the location and completely understandable. Also, dining options are about a 20 min drive, again due to its location. But just keep that in mind when planning your visit.

We stayed in their priciest tent. Cold at night cause the stove would not heat. We almost froze that first night. The chimney was clogged up with soot and creosote. Their mgmt assumed it was client error but it was not. So after I called to complain they cleaned out the chimney. Their bedding and our clothes smelled like a campfire! We feel like we should get the cost of the first night refunded. Please respond. Thank you.

This was, by far, our favorite part of a long road trip! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The tents were wonderful and the view from the property is spectacular! We will definitely be back!!!

Rustic Rook- great choice This was a wonderful trip with the family. The tent was such a fun experience. Good to get away from technology but was still able to access it if needed in the lobby. Breakfast burritos and s’mores ever night were something to look forward to. Close to the falls and sand dunes. Having bathrooms and showers were a bonus. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but still overall a great time. Would definitely go back and stay here again.

Wonderful place! Great place to stay! They made the campfires and scampers each night. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. Everyone was super nice, breakfast was great, location to the national park was perfect. I would plan on buying a grill packet in advance because that is something we missed and would have enjoyed.

I didn't think the bugs would bother me in the tent, but i must admit sleeping with a constant flow of ants in the bed was too much. I think it was a little over priced but the family enjoyed it and we all liked the staff.

Beautiful views ! Tents could be in better condition as well as the bedding . We have stayed at similar tented camps and for the price the amenities are lacking . Some unwanted bed guests .Zipper on my tent was broken but was fixed after we checked in . Tents very close together. We had some noisy neighbors . Don’t arrive before 3 . No one is there to help before . We arrived at 2:45 .
