Quartos com espaço bom, cama boa, banheiro limpo e funcional. Bom custo benefício. Os recepcionistas são muito prestativos e dão várias dicas de lugares bons para comer e dicas dos passeios. Caso vc queira ficar próximo aos restaurantes, da pracinha e do atracadouro (carregar por menos tempo as malas), indico de olhos fechados. Mas não espere vista do mar dos sonhos. Alguns pontos acabaram incomodando um pouco a estadia: a porta do quarto ficava rangendo toda vez que alguém abria a porta de algum outro quarto do mesmo hall; as camareiras ficam gritando pelos corredores de manhã (caso vc queira dormir até mais tarde eh praticamente impossível); o horário do encerramento da piscina eh as 19h (o que não da pra aproveitar nada praticamente). Café da manhã fraco, sem opções básicas de suco de laranja e pão de queijo. A tapioca não é feita com goma fresca, o que deixa a mesma dura e ressecada.

El hotel está justo donde arriba el cata maran, ideal para no preocuparse por traslados. Ubicación inmejorable, vista increíble, tanto desde la habitación como desde la pileta. Sin dudar volvería a quedarme en este hotel, te sentis en medio de la naturaleza y a la vez en un lugar muy cómodo limpio y cuidado. El área de la piscina es hermosa. La atención del personal y desayuno inmejorable. Super recomiemdo!

Located well on the 2 beach (with access to a few steps of the beach, side of the Sambass), and about 15min walk from the street road beach/Place Aureliano Lima (centre of MSP). Room structure with some repairs (painting, bath/box marks) Room / small bathroom, as well as double bed (1.38cm). We thought that the number of rooms was less, which usually results in better maintenance assisted. but it is a hostel with many rooms, extensive corridors, with little ventilation. differential: offer towels for use in swimming pool and/or beach 👏🏻 It is worth praising the breakfast, being served very well, with daily varieties. Excellent team care, servant Daniele super careful with the rooms.

My husband and I were in Morro de São Paulo to celebrate our honeymoon. As it was important for us to celebrate this occasion we decided not to look too much for money, so we decided to stay at Minha Louca Paixão. At arrivals we were given two glass bottles as the property has a sustainable approach and we liked it! The receptionist that checked us in was a bit unmotivated, not sure is her usual approach or she’s just like that. Anyway, she told us that the water in the mini bar in the room (in cans, specifying they were blue and orange - still and sparkling) were included in the price. Unfortunately at check-out we have been charged for them even though we explained we were told they were free. We booked one of the basic rooms as they were too expensive. Despite being the “cheapest” option the rate is overpriced or, at least, for what we got. The room was not very comfortable, one socket close to the bed (and when we asked at reception for an extension lead we were told to enjoy our stay. Even if it was a joke, in my opinion must be avoided as it is our business what we do during our holidays. All the other sockets were occupied for the devices in the room (fridge, television, etc) The lady that was close to the reception (from the housekeeping team I guess) heard our request and went to check if they had one, no luck. For the money we paid we were expecting them to try to find one. In the room we found a welcome card (not sure was just specific for us as it wasn’t mentioning anything about our honeymoon and a voucher for 2 free drinks). The glasses of the windows were dirty. In the balcony there was no hammock (on their website there is written that all the rooms have one). When asked to reception we were told that some rooms might not have it and then told us that somebody would have brought one. No one came. We had to ask again the following morning. The bathroom smelled as damp. The wire of the hairdryer was completely full of mould. The drain of the sink was very slow and the bathroom got blocked more than once. The breakfast was great, all the people working in the restaurant/bar were amazing. We only had an inconvenient with a meal as we asked for a moqueca de camarão and we were charged something else instead. This happened as the online menu was not the same as the one in the restaurant. Luckily this has been sorted at check-out as it was not our mistake. We specifically ordered the mentioned dish and we were not told that was no longer in their menu. The pools are beautiful, however they must have regular maintenance - they were damaged by the passing time. Should the price get lower (we spent over 8,000 R$ for one week) it might be worth going back, otherwise, we won’t recommend it .

The hotel has a simple infrastructure, a limited breakfast in variety. Old air conditioning without temperature control and a freezer does not have any drinks for purchase.

We were there during the carnival period from 10 to 14/02/2024 and we were delighted with the location, close to everything, the pool is nice and unlike other reviews we had no problems with cleaning, moldy smell (although it is a wooden inn facing the sea ), dirty sheets, etc., on the contrary, everything was very clean and cleaning was done daily. Very simple breakfast, but everything was very tasty. We stayed in the sea front room and it was spacious and brand new.

My family and I stayed here over Christmas. The hotel is located just off of the third beach in a lovely garden. The room was fairly simple but spacious - we enjoyed the attached porch and hammock. The air conditioner didn't work particularly well in the room, which would be one area for improvement. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful and it was a lovely place to relax. One thing we didn't appreciate was the music played at the pool. I, personally, would prefer no music at all, but I realize that I may be in the minority. However, if there is music, it would be nice if it appealed to people of all ages. The electronic music with a heavy beat was not in the least relaxing. There is much nicer Brazilian music that would be more pleasant to listen to. One last night - if you are there over Christmas, don't bother with the Christmas program. While the staff tried, it was pretty pathetic. It started late, the wine was not very good, and the live show was mediocre. I wasn't expecting to hear someone's best friend's amateur band covering hits very poorly.

Primeiramente, queria muito ir nesse hotel para conhecer o lugar e a estrutura que parece ser incrível. E sim, a estrutura é maravilhosa. Piscina quente e grande, paisagismo, quartos, praia linda e quentinha. O rapaz que faz tapiocas no café da manhã é super atencioso e ágil. Pessoal da recreação muito bom. Mas o atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Creio que nem seja totalmente culpa dos funcionários, me parece falta de treinamento. Pontos a melhorar: 1 - Chegando ao hotel, vários hóspedes desembarcam do ônibus e nenhum carregador de mala aguardando. Eles estavam na recepção, que é longe do ponto do ônibus, aguardando os hóspedes para leva-los aos quartos. Todos os clientes caminhando com as malas, crianças e nenhuma ajuda. 2 - Garçons fingem que o hóspede não está ali. Pra eles, quanto menos o cliente pedir, melhor. A noite no jantar, eles chegam a se esconder dentro da cozinha para não atender. Na piscina, é mais rápido levantar e ir até eles, que estão sempre de costas e conversando entre si. 3 - Toalhas da piscina, somente no quarto. As camareiras levam as sujas e não repõem. Solicitamos na recepção e nos mandaram ir atrás das camareiras para pedir. Sim, tivemos que ir atrás de uma pra conseguir toalhas limpas, que seria tão mais simples deixar no bar da piscina. 4 - Muito lixo na areia da praia, o hotel deveria manter uma limpeza diária, já que a praia é praticamente privativa. Muitos potes de plástico, copos descartáveis.. 5 - Na última noite, ficamos sabendo por uma tia da recreação que havia um café da tarde as 17 horas, com café e biscoitos. Será que era verdade? Não sei pois ninguém nos avisou que existia isso mesmo, mas ela nos garantiu que tem sim. Como é um lugar muito restrito, de difícil acesso, se o atendimento fosse bom, seriam dias memoráveis, mas tem muito o que melhorar.
