Sea Air Inn & Suites - Downtown - Restaurant Row

Sea Air is a charming hotel. It was super clean, friendly staff and the room made me feel like I was staying in a private guest room of a very nice home. Will stay there again!

Parking was easy and convenient. Centrally located near the waterfront. Morro Rock is about a 1/2 hour’s walk away.

Room was clean, front desk staff was nice, easy check in, close to restaurants. Walking distance to a lot of places so you can park and walk.

The hotel is located above the boardwalk, right at the middle. It was a really great location. We arrived on Saturday & was able to walk over to the Farmers Market. Sunday morning, we were able to walk over to Dorn’s for breakfast. The room itself, while small, had all the basic amenities. I liked it had a fridge & microwave. The table was also a nice size for 2 people to eat. The body wash & shampoo dispensers in the bathroom were a nice touch. (Wish there was conditioner.) The water pressure was good. Sink counter had enough space to put my toiletries bag on. I really liked the full sized mirror that also lit up. I also liked the extra pillow & blanket available.

Great location! Across the street from Dorn’s, our dinner destination and a quick walk down the stairs to shopping and the waterfront. We were so pleased with the cleanliness and appointment of the room. It appeared recently upgraded, new furniture, great view of Morro Rock from our second floor room.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, and quiet. Parking is a little bit tight.The staff was friendly and professional

The receptionist was very nice and had good breakfast recommendations. The room was small but cozy, the bed was very comfortable memory foam , I also liked the long mirror with adjustable lights on it. Not the best view of morro bay but it was conveniently located near the bay and many shops. My biggest complaint would be that i specifically chose this place because it stated it had soundproof rooms but it definitely was not. I could hear the room next to me snoring all night and the seals from the bay.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location! The young man that checked me in was very pleasant and transaction was quick and easy.
