I really love the location, the site is beautiful, the staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was a dream, very good and complete. A big thanks to Rudy who make our stay perfect. I will definitely come back. Thank you all for our exceptional holidays.

Nice place especially for families but the complex needs some renovation, it's dated. The breakfast is expensive 18 euros per adult (half price for the children under 12), it's too much for families with 2 or 3 children/teenagers. The kitchen outside is a nice idea but the dishes should be kept in a closed shelf....ours wasn't so we almost didn't use it. Overall, a good experience.

Several days notice given that I couldn’t stay because of flight cancellations but no refund offered - they pocketed full amount. Be careful.

It is a wonderful place and I really appreciate the spa section and the pool. But my experience in the balaou wasn’t great. The service was wonderful but the meal wasn’t at all. And for the room there was no iron. the two twinbed put together wasn’t a great idea and the check in was done with two hours late

Correct. Studio grand et propre avec vue mer. En revanche salle de bain vétuste … cela mérite une bonne rénovation ! Cuisine équipée avec frigo et lave vaisselle. Épicerie sur place. Possibilité de garder la chambre jusqu’à 18h lors du départ pour 35 euros supplémentaires. N’hésitez pas à demander plusieurs fois à l’accueil pour obtenir l’accord !

2022 sous le Soleil des Antilles, l’année a bien commencé, nous avons passé un super séjour au Village Pierre et Vacances, nous avons opté pour les studios Premium et nous n’avons pas regretté, vue magnifique, calme.. tout au long du séjour nous avons pu profiter des nombreux services que le village propose..

Séjourne en ce moment du 07 décembre au 21 décembre 2021. Ça commence bien panne d eau chaude, douche froide pour un premium c est honteux. Mauvaises herbes à la piscine pas d entretien. Décoration chambre à revoir et à rénover. Sur la guadeloupe pas de souci pour ce déplacer en voiture aucun barrage. Très peu de personnel sur l hôtel.

A cause de la grève générale nous avons dû partir plus tôt mais ce séjour a été super et dépaysant même pour des locaux. Le personnel a été très bienveillant. Nous leur souhaitons bon courage et reviendrons dès que la situation le permettra.
