Clean and very spacious room including bathroom. Well situated, walking distance to places of interest and parks. Certainly recommended for stay in Morelia!

This was our first night and the room was great. It is really large and comfortable. The problem was were on the first floor and very first room to hotel entrance. There is no AC and we couldn't open any windows as the room is right up on the very busy street outside. Our room was changed the next day and it was just wonderful. We extended a few more days. Very lovely hotel and even lovelier young staff. Gifts were wonderful.

If there was an option to rate our stay10 stars, I absolutely would. Nanavida has been the best hotel experience we have had in ALL of Mexico, and we have travelled extensively throughout the beautiful country. Mariana and your staff are angels, from waiting to greet us after we were delayed at the airport, to continuing to make sure our stay was superb all weekend. Mariana is such a sweetheart, she and 2 other young ladies(I’m sorry but I don’t remember their names) were extremely kind and generous, you are fortunate to have them on your team. We loved spending our 24th wedding anniversary in Morelia, and Nanavida made us feel right at home. We will be back soon and we will tell everyone we know to come and stay with you as well. The staff was kind and helpful. Our room was cleaned everyday, and coffee was served every morning with complimentary sweet bread!

Everything and everyone were amazing!! Will definitely be staying there anytime I go to visit!! Only thing I will say is the beds are a little too firm.. a little softer would be great!!
