They wouldn't let me in because TRIP.COM hadn't paid Holiday Inn. I showed them my bank statement so they could see that you had charged me, I showed them the confirmation email and they didn't give me a solution because there were no rooms left and they had sold mine too. They didn't want to call you and the only phone I found was not answered because it was already 10:00 p.m. Totally, this is a scam on your part and Holiday Inn, which in addition to not returning my money, left me on the street at 10:00 p.m.

I went to Morelia to say goodbye to my husband he died July 3. He loved Morelia it was a very rough time. But your employees made it very good for me and my brother. I stayed in central historical hotel. My mind was on my husband and not on anything else. I forgot and left out an envelope of money over 1,000 American dollars and 1,000 dollars in pesos. And amazing Elena who cleans my room found the envelope. Put it in a safe place and didn’t take any money. You have amazing employees. And made a very bad time for me bearable. Thank you

Great location, clean & safe. In the center of town. Only drawcak is nightly music goes on until 2am hard to sleep well.

Clean room, although it is in the smaller side. If you stay at rooms facing the main street then they could be noisy throughout the night. However the view below is great.
