I’ve travelled to Moradabad on business sourcing products for several years and over that time have stayed in all of the few hotels that are available. Moradabad is a very busy and noisy place and after a day of sourcing products and visiting factories in very hot conditions most of the year, I strongly recommend especially Western visitors to Moradabad That this is the best place to stay whilst in Moradabad. This old maharajah palace is the only place I now stay in Moradabad. It is centrally located, it is a stunning building, it is quiet and peaceful once inside, it has all of the facilities that you would need including air conditioning a great shower, mini bar contents, Perfect wifi, English TV channels and service on de***d. Not only is the service that is provided here the best of any hotel that I experienced in Moradabad, the rooms are stunning quality, very large, and give you that restful sleep in relaxing conditions that you need after a hard day working. Whatever you wish to eat for breakfast lunch or dinner can be accommodated for you Whether it’s an Indian favourite or a western dish. There are lots of delivery food options available as well and if you are a western visitor wanting something like KFC or pizza that is also an option close by to. The staff are so courteous and responsible for your every need. There literally is no other place that compares to this one when it comes to accommodation in Moradabad. A quiet peaceful relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings and lovely rooms is guaranteed.

Just finished a 3 day marriage function of my brother in Holiday Regency Hotel. Food and arrangements were very good. Such a lovely experience and it was only possible because and only because of Mr Kamal Monga who from the very first day supported and guided us in everything. I would say that it was because of him we took the decision to do the marriage there. But during the entire period he was always there to ensure that all the events went smoothly. Even when he had 103+ fever he came to Hotel to see if we need any support. Never seen such a dedicated person in my life. Hats off to you. The experience with other staff was not that great sometimes they were not prompt, didnt know things, sometimes rude but Mr Monga ensured that he covered the mistakes or shortfalls of the entire team which is huge in size. I can really say that it was a one *** show. ***agement needs to have more people like him in the team. A thorough professional and dedicated gem of a person. Would definitely visit this hotel or do our functions because of the experience we got under his supervision.

New hotel, good hardware, good breakfast, good service attitude, but in a small city, the surrounding environment is too bad. It's a bit far from the capital New Delhi. But you can see the real India.
