They should have been closed because of renovations. Paper over all the windows. Staff was not knowledgeable. We were charged $30 more than quoted by *******.

We had our flight cancelled and booked this quickly
They provided shuttle service and the staff was so incredible!!!!
Just great people. So kind and accommodating
They even shuttled us to dinner near by and picked us up
Front desk was so helpful ….definitely would recommend

Did not get the king bed I booked. A/C did not work. Flashing bright light all night from smoke detector. Desk clerk didn't care. My husband is a lifetime Platinum member of Marriott.
