This is my favorite place to stay when I travel to Montreal. Hotel has very good value and still in good shape after many years. The variety of breakfast choices is good. It's short walk from metro line

We stayed for one night at L'Appartement Hôtel and had a wonderful experience. Excellent staff and service, great downtown Montreal location, nice breaktast, and a clean room with a comfortable mattress and a balcony. The large swimming pool and penthouse area upstairs offer an amazing city-center view. We arrived early and were able to check in without any issues. Highly recommended. Maria

Located near McGill, walking distance (10-15min) to the center of Montreal.  The building looks as if it has been there since 80’s, though the facility worked perfectly fine. Our room had a small kitchen with small dining table. There’s coin operated laundry & small indoor swimming pool upstairs, and free breakfast was a nice addition to our stay.

I have stayed many times at the Square Phillips, a hotel owned, I believe the same group. I assumed that the Appartement Hotel would be similar. I was disappointed however. Although this one night stay was okay, the room carpet is in need of refreshing. My travelling companion felt that the bathroom was not adequately cleaned. In short, the price made the one stay acceptable, but I certainly would not stay for a longer period.
