Radisson Blu Hotel, Montpellier

The hotel is very well located in the city center of Montpellier. It was undergoing renovations when we were there, but despite that, it was a very good hotel.

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel, which I chose because of its "upscale" rating and the price of €182 per night including breakfast. Upon arrival, I noticed several problems: The carpet in the room was stained, which gives a poor impression of the hotel's upkeep. I found cobwebs between the small refrigerator and the cabinet, indicating a lack of cleaning for a long time, and there was a lot of dust. As for the breakfast, offered at €23, there was a lack of choice. The fruit was served whole, unpeeled and uncut, which is disappointing for an establishment of this standard. In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve its "upscale" rating as indicated on Trip.com. I expected much better service and impeccable cleanliness. I will not return to this establishment and I will not recommend it.
